Paul and his crew completed my roof replacement a few months ago, and honestly I couldn't be happier! He went above and beyond to ensure that I won't have any future issues or leaks. No short cuts were taken, and he even found the exact matching tiles that were broken too! The tiles were over 15 years old and he replaced 250 of them and you cannot even tell the new from the old. And he even stucco patched where the weather had destroyed parts of my stucco. Very happy customer!

So glad I called Paul at Sunland. Recently purchased an older ranch home with an original clay tile roof. Paul came out explained everything, was very knowledgeable and offered a clear plan and estimate for the work. Kept me up to date on the schedule and finished as planned. The crew was diligent and thorough, and cleaned up well after themselves. Roof looks great and should go another 40 years. Highly recommended.

We could not be happier with the service and with our new roof. We had some leaks from our old roof, and Paul got our roof done as soon as possible which we really appreciated. He is an honest business man and his crew is top notch! They cleaned up every day and were respectful of our home.

I have been using Paul with Sunland Development Corporation for many years. Paul sold us our very first home. As newbie’s to the home buying process, Paul was very patient and answered all our questions thoroughly. When our son was getting older it was time to look for a new house. We knew SDC was the company to call to sell our house and purchase the new home. We contacted Paul and he greeted us like we were family – Paul remembered everything about us from buying our first home. We used SDC to remodel our new family home (new to us). Paul’s expert knowledge in this remodel made this project run very smoothly and on time. Paul’s knowledge on cabinetry to flooring and replacement of windows was exceptional. Remodeling a home can be very stressful and we found ourselves overwhelmed at times. Paul was always a phone call away and even would stop by after hours to answer any questions we had and ease our stress. I remember Paul stating “don’t sweat the small stuff”, he would take care of everything and he did as promised. Paul is very respectful and an honest individual. He works with great integrity and takes pride in his work. They are amazing. He is our go to guy for everything. He is not one big greedy and is very fair for his charges but about helping people. I've known Paul for more than 20 years. We consulted him and thought we needed a new roof but he honestly said that the roof is still fine. He also did a beautiful landscaping for us back in 1998.
