SUNBURST ANIMAL HOSPITAL

They are awesome. They are an independently owned veterinarian. They have let me make a couple of payments to pay them. 

I went to them for 25 years. They took care of two cocker spaniels. I also had two cats. They have always been reasonable. I will be taking my dogs back there. It will be worth it in the end. They are far and I have to get on the highway.

Over they years, they have treated me and my animals excellent. You call them up and talk to them on the phone. They get you in right away. Everything as far as communication is very good. They get you in the same day especially if you have something very urgent going on. You do not sit there for hours waiting to be seen. I haven't had any problems with anybody. 

My little guys aren't use to riding and I'm not use to dealing with them on a long trip.

Fantastic.
Our girl dog who is 11 was not feeling herself - very lethargic and it really worried us. We saw Dr. Porter and she ran some tests. Concluded it is an auto-immune disorder. After a couple months and some steriod treatment, she's bounced back and full of life!
I cannot recommend Sunburst Animal Hospital enough. These are some of the reasons I wouldn't take Belle anywhere else:
They are professional and caring
They know what they're doing
They have early (7AM!) hours and after 5pm hours.
Staff is awesome
They don't suggest crazy amounts of testing to run up your bill like many vets we've seen
They are very reasonably priced.
They don't waste my time - we are seen quickly
The only negative is that their office is small and parking is tricky. Overall, I would only recommend Sunburst to all animal owners.

They were very responsive. As soon as you walk in, they take your dog's name and weigh them. One of the things that I like about them is that they have a separate entrance for dogs and cats. If the animals would growl at each other, they'll separate them. When you take your dog in there, they just treat them. They don't sell you a lot of stuff you don't need. I took my dogs in there once and I wanted them to be started on a particular type of medicine. The vet told me that he'll do it if I wanted him to but unless they live around a place that has a lot of water, they don't recommend it because it's expensive and it's unnecessary. Whenever I have called to get my dogs in, they usually get them in the next day. I have been using them for at least 20 years.

This place is very friendly, knowledgable and affordable. I have switched all 3 of my senior dogs over to this practice and I have been extremely happy. The cost is very reasonable even for the medications (they charged the same as the lowest price I could find on the internet). Couldn't be happier!

They are wonderful. The clinic is very clean, busy, clocking is a little difficult but they're all quality doctors in there.

This place is always busy. I have been going to them for about 7 years. They are really great.

I really love Sunburst Animal Hospital. I started taking my boxer mix in 2004 when she tore her ACL on a recommendation from a friend. I had been quoted outrageous amounts of money from other vets on surgery. Dr. Stevens performed the surgery at a reasonable price and was absolutely amazing with my very reserved dog. He charged me for the surgery and it even included the 2 follow up appointments to monitor her healing!
I started taking her there exclusively for all routine shots and check-ups and even though I now live in the east valley, I still make the drive to Sunburst b/c it is such a great place.

Dr. Stevens sees my dogs, and he is excellent. I have been using them for years. Their prices are reasonable and their service is excellent. He is an old-style doctor who doesn't suggest a bunch of tests and things that are not needed. They provide excellent value for services.

My elderly was losing weight and started pacing, so I took her in for an exam. Tests showed her thyroid needed to be calmed down, and she is now on medication and doing very well. It did take a couple bloodtests to determine the correct dosage, but all treatment was conservative and necessary. As usual, Sunburst's work was professional, VERY reasonable and prompt. They return phone calls, give you options, and are very friendly.

I have used this veterinarian for 20 years. He is really good. The staff really relates very well to our animals. They are always very caring and concerned for both the animal and the owner.

What I like the most about them is that they don't make me wait log, because generally we are in and out very fast. They are very good with pets and they are knowledgeable, as well, and I have never had any problems with them.

THEY WERE VERY KIND AND COURTEOUS. THEY FOLLOWED UP ON ALL ISSUES THAT WERE ADDRESSED AND WE WILL CONTINUE TO USE THIS VETERINARY OFFICE.
