Jack gave us an initial bid that was more than we could manage. We worked with Jack to scale back the scope of work and reached a suitable agreement for the work and the budget. Jack had to coordinate with our plant people who frankly slowed him down. Our only delays were the result of the nursery changing schedules...or breaking something he had already installed.
He came when promised, delivered what we wanted, checked every step before implementing and regularly let us know what would happen next and when. He was very professional and his crew were terrific.
