Due to a defective ball valve several pipes had burst and water had been running for 4-6 weeks in my un attended rental home.
As soon as I called Steven he and his crew arrived ready to begin the massive undertaking of this project. Water had been pouring out of many areas on the first and second floors completely ruining most of my home and had filled the crawlspace with water. SHS took care of everything..The pumping, demo, mold, plumbing repairs and replacement of water heater, repairs to the furnace, replacement of recessed lighting, duct work, insulation, drywall, sub floor, tile floor, trim, doors, kitchen, baths and left the house in impeccable condition. They even sold me and installed a whole house dehumidifier. I don't know what i would have done without them. .We have used SHS for dozens of projects over the years and as usual they delivered a very high level of service, professionalism, and quality work..I own many homes and manage dozens of property in NY and NJ...Use these guys..You will be happy you did.
