They do great job. Also nice staff. No more weeds.

Everything was excellent with the exception of timing of their spraying service. We selected a time between 8 and 12 noon and were called and reminded the night before. The scheduler had told us they preferred to be finished by noon, i.e. better weather conditions. The morning they were due, I was up at my usual 6:00 AM. I was startled by a man out in our back yard, seemingly walking around and studying the house. Shortly in dawned on me, when I recognized he was pulling a hose, that he was spraying for weeds. It was 6:35 AM. Too early without prior notice. They did a good job, left the invoice on the front door and did not make any noise. It was the surprise and concern of seeing an unexpected person on my property at that time of the morning. This could be cleared up by talking with the scheduler so there is no confusion.

It overall went well but it take almost 10 days for them to get me on their schedule to be done.

I can further help with that question after 10 days to see if their product works or not

They called me promptly and and scheduled an appointment to come out and spray. Very nice people to work with and will use them again. Very reasonably priced and offered a discount on two treatments which would cover an entire year.

After doing the wrong yard on the day scheduled, they made it up by coming 2 days later and getting it right. Now we wait and see if the weeds die!

I see no positive results to date. I have been unable to get a return phone call. Disappointed.

Had tons of weeds, Snyder sprays twice per year and no weeds or grasses growing in yard. Great service, great results!

I had used Snyders in the past, but based on recent pushy phone calls decided I would not use anymore. This morning someone representing themselves to be from Snyders called and woke me up at 7:22am. When I called the number back to complain the guy said if I had a problem I needed to contact Snyders directly and hung up. Overall VERY SHADY COMPANY. Thinking about submitting BBB complaint.

They did good job spraying for the weeds so they don't return. Good customer service also. Mark the owner is very nice.

First trip they spared But needed to come out again, couple of months later.

Used them last year and had no weeds for the year. Requested they spray the cement joints in the driveway like last year also and did not have any issues with weeds. They will call 6 months from the first spraying to do another before the winter rains and weeds.

Whatever they used the weeds did not come back for 4 months

Fine. Some came up again and they re sprayed no charge.

They sprayed and about three months later we had weeds coming back. Called them, they came back and sprayed again, no charge. Very happy

It's a guarantee for 60 weeks. I say it takes them maybe half an hour and it's two people.

It was a wet late winter but I have had no weeds sprouting this spring. This plan was for 2 spraying 6 months apart so the second spraying will take place before the summer storms. Differently would recommend this company.

The technician who came out to perform the service was lacking in basic customer service and was not very thorough because I have a few weeds currently despite it being guaranteed for many more months, We ended up receiving an "excessive weed fee" which was minor but a pain when we tried to pay it, because the company doesn't accept credit or debit cards.

Won't use them again. First of all, they told me their work was not guaranteed when you have grass, which I thought was kind of unusual to say you are a weed killer. You kill weeds but you don' t have a success rate in the grassy area. By not guaranteeing their work I thought they were basically saying it's not perfect so I took a chance with them. They did come out and spray. The areas where they had a complete kill were fairly successful, they got rid of most of it but not all. The area where there was grass the success rate was zero. I kept calling them and they were willing to charge me more to come out. I said wait you didn't guarantee your work before and you aren't going to guarantee your work now why would I pay more for something that was completely unsuccessful. They were not going to come back out and spray for free no matter what. I did put in an official complaint and they called me and they said they wanted me to remove the negative review. I said then you better give me a refund because you didn't kill any of my weeds. They offered to refund half if I removed the review. SO I removed the review so I could use that money on another company to get rid of the weeds.

Well. A couple missed spots, but overall amazing not to have to have 1 acre of weeds to pull.
