Sherry was wonderful in helping me find and purchase my first home in Buckeye, AZ.  She was always quick to respond whenever I had a question or concern.  And she uses this great program called DocuSign that makes it easy to sign a lot of the paperwork online...loved it!  :)    
The first house we attempted was a short-sale.  We made an offer in April and the seller accepted in April.  However, the lenders took 3 months to decide that they'd rather foreclose than short-sell.  Never mind that they'd already agreed to the short-sale prior to the seller listing the house.  So rude.  (In my personal opinion, the industry really needs to come up with a new name for these transactions, as they are anything  but short.)  Ok, fine.  On with the hunt.
The next house I chose was a conventional sale (no more short-sales for this first time buyer).  We made an offer, the seller accepted, no problems.  Sherry recommended a great home inspector, "Inspector Budget".  This time everything went smoothly with the sale and loan process.  In just over a month, the house was mine!  
I highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.  I have every intention of using her services again the next time I buy/sell my home.  She helped to make the process incredibly easy.  Thanks again Sherry!!!!!   :)
