This is where we buy our cars from. The workers are really good. It took about a half a day to complete.

It went terrible, we were lied to by the sale person and the finance staff, overall the dealership taking advantage of us in the sale trying to make some extra $$$$ we caught them in these lies and now they deny them.

I've always liked them. I've had my cars in accidents and they also do the body work. When I get to 100,000 miles, I will go to them for a big service on the car. They are a dealer. They are pretty reasonable for an oil change. They check the tires and will rotate them if I ask and they check all the fluids. I can just drive in and I don't need an appointment. I usually don't have to wait very long. Their auto work is kind of high but they guarantee it and will fix it if there are any problems. I love buying cars from them because they don't give me any kind of trouble. I don't have to fight everybody off as they are trying to talk me into something. They are an efficient organization. They are not open on Sundays because they go to church and I like that. They are a little high but if I watch, they give coupons for discounts on services. Once when I was a single mom, my Ford needed all kinds of work and I begged the service manager to be kind. He put all these coupons together and knocked a bunch of money off. I was really happy with that. They have treated me good throughout the years. I don't go there that often but they keep in contact with me every month. They send me a postcard every month. I told them I will keep my car for 10 years so they won't see me until that time for purchasing a car.

My experience overall has went well. They are very helpful, professional and friendly. The pricing is reasonable with a warranty. I would highly recommend this company to others

I purchased my 2007 Ford Expedition used in 2011 from Sanderson Ford in Glendale, AZ.  (If you are in the market for either a used or new vehicle, talk to Tom "The Preacher" West at Sanderson Ford.  He is without a doubt, the most pleasant salesman that I have ever dealt with...and yes, he used to be a preacher.)   I chose to purchase the extended warranty since it is almost impossible to work on newer vehicles yourself anymore, and I liked the idea of paying a $100 deductible vs paying thousands of dollars for a transmission, or even several hundred dollars for a couple of hours in the shop.  
Fast forward 2 years...I noticed a puddle of oil in my driveway where I had parked my Expedition.  The leak appeared to be either transmission fluid or power steering fluid.I put a drain pan under the vehicle and captured a half pint of fluid over night.  I took the Expedition to the Quick Lane at Sanderson Ford the following morning to have the oil changed and have them take a look to see where the leak was coming from.  They changed the oil and brought me over to show me where the leak was coming from.  The leak was coming from a power steering line on the bottom of the power steering pump.  Ken, with Quck Lane, pointed out the leak and talked to me in detail about the repair.  The line needed to be replaced. 
The bad news was that they didn't have the part in stock and said it wouldn't be in until Tuesday after Labor Day (it was the Thursday prior to Labor Day that this took place).  I was pretty bummed out because I had a camping trip planned with my family for the weekend.  My extended warranty covered a rental car, but nothing that would pull my camping trailer.  I explained the unfortunate timing to the folks at the Quick Lane and Service Dept, but I really didn't expect that my misfortune would have any impact on the speed as to which my vehicle was repaired.  The following afternoon (Friday), I got a call from Sanderson Ford Quick Lane telling me that my Expedition was ready to be picked up.  When I arrived at Sanderson Ford, Ken and Chris were waiting there.  They told me that they felt bad about my Labor Day plans being ruined and were able to track down and have a part shipped the next day and get it installed so my family could still enjoy our weekend.  I don't know who was happier at that point, me or the guys at the Quick Lane for saving my weekend!  The repair only cost me the $100 deductible for my warranty. 
I have always had excellent service at Sanderson Ford, both at the Quick Lane and the regular Service Department.   Thank you Ken and the rest of the crew at Quick Lube for saving the weekend!

I used the Quick Lane at Sanderson as I have over the past several years.  I was greeted promptly.  I had a flat that could not be repaired and needed new tires anyway.  I was given several options and prices.  Since I checked the internet and visited another tire shop before I went to Sanderson, I found their prices to be competitive.  All work was done quickly and professionally.  I felt no pressure to buy products or services that I did not believe I needed.  In my opinion, the quality of service and personnel at this facility seems better than it ever has been.

I've been using Sanderson Ford for a couple of years, but all of a sudden, they went crazy with their prices. They tripled the cost to the customer. Not doubled, but tripled. They do great work, but I can get work done for $600.00 that they charge $1,800.00 for. That doesn't make sense to me, to keep going there. They do excellent work. You can't ever complain about their work. But who's going to pay three times as much? They charged me $50.00 for an oil change that I could have gotten for $20.00.

I had a coupon so I didn’t pay anything for my last visit. We bought our car from there and so we go there. I find them friendly and efficient.  I take my car there in the morning and I go to a restaurant they have in the area, have my breakfast, come back and I am ready to go.  The quality was very good and they are very responsive. 

My experience was good.  They were quick.  They are friendly.  They are efficient.  They have a good appointment system, so I know exactly when to show up.  I would recommend others to call up and make an appointment because they are very busy, especially on a Saturday.

I took the car in without an appointment.  I was greeted promptly and the service advisor made a preliminary diagnosis.  They gave me a ride to work and had the car repaired at the end of the day.  I have owned several Ford products over the years and generally find Sanderson's service to be competitively priced and reliable.  While I believe Ford product quality to be deteriorating, Sanderson goes the extra mile to help find a satisfactory and affordable solution to these issues.  

We bought our car there and so we like to have them service it. They do oil changes and take care of all maintenance. They do a fine job.

Overall it was good. I was annoyed that I had to pay a $100 deductible for them to fix my 4th oil leak, but they did a good job in any event. Respectful and competent.

I love those guys. We bought our truck there also and they do a super job on the truck. They do great work and always make sure the truck is nice and clean when we pick it up. I will use them for all our service needs.

I am very satisfied with the service of this company. They have done complex repairs as well as minor ones for me, and they are always done very well. They are honest and reliable and get the work done quickly. I would recommend them to other people any time.

VERY PROFESSIONAL. WORKED VERY QUICKLY WITH A CARE QUALITY TO GET EVERYTHING DONE. THEY CHECK A LOT OF LITTLE THINGS THAT SOME PLACES DON'T BOTHER TO CHECK. YOU CAN CHOOSE TO WAIT IN THE LOBBY OR THEY WILL TAKE YOU HOME AND THEN COME AND GET YOU WHEN YOUR CAR IS READY.
