I normally would hesitate to respond to bad service but since they chose to use a photo of my home in their ad without my permission, and Angies List has served me well, I feel I must share my experience. I have been remodeling houses for over 40 yrs and this was one of the most frustrating experiences. Craig Robinson was late for every appointment and the install was 6 weeks late. The auto shades looked great when he left. After the first wind storm the brackets fell out of the wall. He came to repair them but - again - not when scheduled. A second wind storm and they broke again. He did not come out as scheduled and they started to tear. He came out once again and I was not here and he told the person here that it was more work than he thought and I would have to pay to have them fixed. This was only after 6 months. I called several times and he never answered the phone or responded to text. No shade company would come to repair the damage. I finally found a handyman willing to help. He said he used sheet metal screws to hold them in my original adobe house and they tore up the adobe stone as every movement just made it worse. Of course the original project was pricey, as I knew, but the repair work was very costly as well and much damage was done to the adobe stones. My 5 year warranty on these shades is useless because they will not respond to my concerns. I would not recommend this company.

We are thrilled with our new shutters which were installed on December 19th! It took a little longer than was estimated, but well worth the couple of extra weeks it took to arrive. The price was below most of the companies we took bids from, and the work was exceptional. We are so happy with the quality of the product. They were installed quickly and professionally, I can't say enough how great Robinson /Krohn Window Dressings did in their work for us. I would definitely recommend them, and use them again.

They do the installation themselves, so there is no crew of strangers wandering around your home. They clean up after themselves when they are done. Their products are high quality and we have had no problems with them.
