+ -1 moreThey only did the installation for me, but they did such a good job that I'm considering getting the annual service from them too. I would definitely recommend them to other members.
Description of Work: They installed a new air conditioning unit for my guest house, which is a small place. They didn't have to remove an old unit.

WAS RECOMMENDED TO US BY TWO INDEPENDENT SOURCES (UNKNOWN TO EACH OTHER) AS ONE OF THE BEST IN THE HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING INSTALLATION AND SERVICE BUSINESS. HE FAXED A TYPED REPORT REGARDING HIS FINDINGS WITHIN 2 DAYS OF HIS INITIAL INSPECTION. HE WAS THOROUGH IN HIS EXPLANATION TO BOTH MY HUSBAND AND I SO THAT WE UNDERSTOOD THE PROBLEM AND THE REASONS FOR THE CEILING LEAKS. WHEN NO ONE ELSE WOULD HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH OUR PROBLEM, HE TALKED AND WALKED US THROUGH ALL OF OUR OPTIONS WITH CLARITY AND OPTIMISM.
Description of Work: INSPECTION OF PREVIOUSLY INSTALLED (BY OTHER COMPANY) NEW TRANE AIR CONDITIONING UNIT IN ATTIC -DUE TO LEAKAGE FROM CEILING IN BATHROOM AND OFFICE, AND RESULTING WATER DAMAGE.

+ -1 moreI WANTED TO HAVE THE AIR CONDITIONING UNITS SERVICED PRIOR TO TURNING ON THE A/C IN THE SPRING. I WAS CONCERNED THAT ONE OF THE THERMOSTATS WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. THEY CONFIRMED ALL WAS GOOD AND IN WORKING ORDER WITH BOTH UNITS AND CHARGED A SERVICE FEE OF $75. I THOUGHT THIS WAS GREAT TO FIND AN ETHICAL COMPANY.
