They were friendly and motivated. Under quoted the job by their own error and then insisted on collecting. I feel that they way over-charged for 15 minutes of work with minimal materials. I don't see why an electrician should make more per hour than a doctor does. Also, they should have replaced both switches in that plate since now they don't even look alike.

The company's appointment scheduler was friendly, professional and efficient. The cost matched the estimate given via phone. The electrical tech arrived on time and was careful to not injure my floors. He wore booties over his shoes while in the house. The work was done in a timely manner. I would use this company again.

Milton arrived on time and made sure that he knew exactly what I wanted him to check. He found that the outside outlets were not GFI but had power. He showed me a price sheet and I thought he said that it should not go over $197. He replaced the two outlets that were not working as well as a third outside outlet with GFI outlets. He completed a thorough check of the electrical system and let me know that we did not need to do any additional work. He was done in less than an hour and he presented me a bill for $330. My overall experience was very good, but I had sticker shock.

Assessed the jobs that needed to be done in the most economical manner for me. They had to come out twice and each time the electricians were punctual. They were professional yet friendly.

The electrician, Milton, showed up on time and completed the work quickly and efficiently. This is a very good experience and would use them again.

Generally pleased with the work; will probably hire RDS to do more work both inside and outside. Technician arrived when he said he would, and worked fairly quickly.

GREAT COMPANY, EXCEPT THE ELECTRICIAN FELL THROUGH THE CEILING INTO OUR GARAGE. LUCKILY HE WAS OK AND WAS ABLE TO DRIVE HIMSELF TO THE HOSPITAL. THE COMPANY DID WHAT IT TOOK TO GET EVERYTHING FIXED AS IT WAS. I FEEL A LITTLE SORRY FOR THE ACCIDENT, BUT THEY CAME THROUGH (NO PUN INTENDED) AND GOT EVERYTHING RIGHT.

ROCKY DID THE WORK AND WAS ON TIME, VERY POLITE AND VERY REASONABLY PRICED. HE EXPLAINED WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE AND THEN I AUTHORIZED THE WORK. HE SPENT ALMOST NO TIME TROUBLESHOOTING THE PROBLEM WITH THE OUT DOOR PLUG. I HAD BEEN TOLD BY OTHERS THEY WOULD NEED TO GO UNDER MY MOBILE HOME TO FIND THE PROBLEMS, BUT ROCKY SAID, FIRST THING, HE NEEDED TO CHECK THE GFI SETTING AS THAT PLUG WAS EVIDENTLY CONNECTED TO ONE ON THE INSIDE. HE WAS RIGHT, AND THAT WAS FIXED IN NO TIME. THEN ON TO MY OTHER PROBLEMS, THAT I WAS NOT EXPECTING HIM TO HAVE TIME TO REPAIR BECAUSE OF THE TIME ESTIMATED BY OTHERS FOR THE FIRST PROBLEM. I'M SO VERY GLAD I WENT BY MY GUT FEELINGS AND DID NOT HIRE THE OTHER PEOPLE I CONTACTED. WHEN CALLING RDS, I IMMEDIATELY GOT THE FEELING THEY WERE HONEST, EFFICIENT WORKERS AND I WAS EXCITED ABOUT THEM DOING THE WORK. I WILL ALWAYS CALL RDS FOR ANY ELECTRICAL WORK I NEED DONE. HE WAS VERY NEAT, PLUS CONTINUED TO WORK WHILE EXPLAINING THINGS TO ME.
