Complained about the valves still leaking and he said he would rebuild them again.  I have now had two of them fixed as they still leak.  The third one is very hard to turn on even with the tool.  Did not know threshold was put in incorrectly until it rained and water came in my house.  It was cut and put in with calk and silicone.  I purchased the identical one had it installed and it did not need to be cut and water is no longer coming in my house.  
Verbal agreement to repair and paint the exterior of the house. On 1/19 Randy requested money,  issued a check for 940.53, as I purchased the paint.  Very bad paint job, repairs were not made and I have paint everywhere.  Already have paint pealing off.   I told him to come over to work out front while I was not home as there is so much to clean up.  Came home and my side gate was off lock and all.  I could  not believe he would do that while I was not home.  After that every time he was coming over I had a friend sit at my house if I could not be there.
All plants were trimmed prior to the start up I even offered a tarp to hold the bushes back.
I will list the items damaged with paint and or process:  
Front door, sprinkler heads, removed an ivy,  all plants by the house, water bowl, grill cover, high pressure hose, block fence, window screens, arcadia, screen, frame door locks, concrete, front light and propane tank.  He came back to redo the front door, It still has paint on it and now  big scratch on the back and looks awful.  Front security door has two different paints, the frame & door do not match.  He also came back to fix the back security door really bad paint job and removed the paint by pressure washing it once on the patio and once in the yard.  He told me he replaced my screen and it was installed improperly with cheap screen.  It also ended up with paint on it.  I offered a tarp as I did not want to pick up paint forever and have a puppy.  He said to let him do his job.  He also pressured washed most  of the paint off the cement out front and removed concrete plug from one of the drill holes.  Now I have pieces of paint all over my pea gravel and paint on my fence from where he sprayed it.  He racked up a couple of shovels full  of paint and pea gravel and dumped it in my trash.  I am still picking up paint pieces and now have two spots of missing gravel.   The rock around the house is mixed with dirt and the rivers no longer have a grade.  Dumped paint/water in my grass and newly installed rock/river rock front yard.
I have since replaced my front door arcadia and screen.  Do not have an estimate on the damage in the yard at this time.  The price above is what I have paid to Randi for the above services, not for the replacement costs.
