Ray Richardson personally oversaw all the details and made us feel confident that we had chosen the right contractor for such a large job. Ray's crews were friendly, courteous, and willing to do any little extra to make the job come out right. The quality of the work was outstanding. Ray only takes the larger jobs, I think. He has been working in the valley for a lot of years, so he is familiar with all the codes and processes that it takes to get things done in the Phoenix area. He may not be the cheapest contractor, but he is the best you can get. The quality of his work far exceeded our expectations. So we are very happy.

THE TEAM DID A GREAT JOB WITH THE ESTIMATES AND CHANGE REQUESTS. I WAS ABLE TO LIVE IN THE HOUSE WHILE THEY WORKED. THEY WERE CLEAN, AND PROFESSIONAL. EVEN WHEN THEY PUT SKYLIGHTS INTO MY POPCORN CEILING, I BARELY KNEW THEY HAD BEEN THERE. IT TOOK A COUPLE OF WEEKS TO SCHEDULE THE WORK, AFTER THE INITIAL ESTIMATE.

THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I HAVE HAD WORK DONE BY RTR. THEY HAVE A GREAT CREW. THEY DON'T NICKEL AND DIME YOU TO DEATH. THEY ARE REALLY BUSY SO ITS HARD TO GET ON THEIR SCHEDULE, BUT THEY ARE WORTH THE WAIT.
