R & J Glass & Windows

I can't say enough great things about our experience with R&J Glass. We had three different companies come out to quote replacing all of our old, single pane windows with double pane. R&J Glass was not only the most cost effective, but the most responsive and timely. They were available to come by the house, and provided a quote a few days later. Throughout the entire process, we were always alerted of the timing for each step. When our windows arrived, we were alerted, and all 11 windows were installed in one day. The team was incredibly respectful and efficient. I can't recommend this company enough, we will be referring them to all of our friends & family with glass or window replacement needs.

Robert provided absolutely fantastic service. I found it difficult to get any contractor's attention to fix my one broken window. (Safety tip: Don't keep your 8-foot step ladder set up just outside your windows during monsoon season!) I requested a quote through Angie's List. Robert called me promptly, made an appointment for a quote to fit my schedule only two days later. And then the job was completed just two days after that. Everything cleaned up and everything working great. Robert is prompt, professional, and very pleasant to work with.

They were on time and very careful in their measurements. Returned for installation right on time. Very pleased with how well this husband and wife team works together. Will call them again for sure.

I needed new window balancers for a living room window. I was referred to R&J Glass by another window company that did not do balancers. I was pleased with their prompt response and professionalism. After installing new balancers, they suggested I obtain sun screens for four living room windows facing west. After cleaning my windows, they installed sun screens that also look great. They block up to 90% of the sun light. One of the main reasons I recommend R&J Glass is that they advise they will follow up if there are any problems with work done. There have been no problems.

Robert was easy to get in touch with. He came by the following day to measure the window and explain the details of the repair. The double-pane glass that he had ordered was installed in my window three days later. The work was done properly the first time. I feel that the price I paid was at or slightly below what other glass repair businesses would charge. I would definitely do business with him again if the need arose.

I thought it would be tough to coordinate the work since we were out of town, but Robert was really flexible, and made getting the work done easy. There was an issue with our lock box, so when he went out to the condo the first time, he couldn't get in. It's about a 15 mile drive from his office, and he had to make a second trip. He was understanding, and went out of his way to help us in a tough situation. I will definitely call him first if I need any future glass work.
