He has done a lot of things for us over the years. The guy is meticulous. He is a national treasure. You never really know what you're going to pay until it's all over, but it's always worth the price. He has fairly high demand, because he's so meticulous. Sometimes, it's difficult to get a specific time of arrival from him. You just have to learn to be patient. When the guy's done, everything is done perfectly. The place is neat and clean. There's nothing more you could ask him to do. He isn't cheap. You could find somebody cheaper, but you won't find somebody better. He will come by at 9:00 on a Friday night to make sure the work is done well.
