Pryors Better Yards is FIRST CLASS.  Bob (owner) was on top of every aspect of the job.  He was prompt returning phone calls before, during, and after the job was complete.  He met with us and our landscape architect a number of times to make sure we got the design we wanted.  Bob was conscious of the slope of the yard and suggested changes to facilitate drainage.  His crew was outstanding.  They came in, worked all day and left the site tidy everyday.  They worked every day to finish the job fast.  The curved paver barrier they built around the grass is tight.  Each paver block was hand cut in order to form the curves.  No weeds will grow between those joints.  The paver sidewalks set in polymeric sand have held up perfectly these last 10 months, despite some severe thunderstorms.  We have always been do-it-yourselfers so we know how various home improvement jobs should be done.  We are at the age now that we have to hire out the heavy work.  We are so glad Pryors Better Yards worked on our project.  They do quality work.  We could not have done the job any better.  We HIGHLY recommend them!

The new porch looks great!! There was a fair amount of demo work that had to be done and then the new work - Bob and his guys built a nice sitting wall and they were able to use some of the existing breeze block from the old porch and incorporate it into the new design. We went with pavers on the ground, and the guys were very careful to make sure that water would drain off correctly. We also had a small flower bed built in front of the seat wall. It turned out fabulously!
Bob was very responsive to phone calls and had good design ideas. His crew was nice and professional.

AS MENTIONED ABOVE WORK DONE QUICKLY AND PROFESSIONALLY. I WOULD RECOMMENDED, FOR ANYBODY WISHING A JOB WELL DONE.

Bob fit us into his schedule. He took a sample of our current crushed stone. When unable to find an exact match, he asked us to meet him to verify if the color was close enough for us. Bob's team delivered the crushed stone and distributed it throughout the property. Additionally, they did an excellent job cleaning up.

My wife interviewed about four people and Mr. Pryor the owner was a very good communicator and had pretty good ideas along with ours how we wanted things done. He gave us some direction and feedback on what may or may not be in our best interest for we were trying to do. I would use him again and refer him to people.

We contacted Bob Pryor from Pryor’s Better Yards to get an estimate on having some landscaping work completed at our house. We found his contract information in the yellow pages and decided to contact Pryor’s Better Yards after viewing the website listed. Bob set up an appointment to conduct an estimate, to which Bob arrived on time. As we explained what we wanted to Bob; he took notes and offered his suggestions, some of which actually reduced the cost and simplified the project. Bob took time to understand our concerns and thoroughly addressed them. Two days later, Bob had emailed us a thorough estimate. He even took time to call to see if we had any questions. During his call, he didn’t pressure us into making any decisions; rather, he wanted to ensure we understood what his estimate. This project took four days to complete. Bob and his crew were willing to work around our schedule as we were unable to have four consecutive days off. The crew arrived on time each day and was very professional. At no time did we experience the crew using profanity or acting inappropriately. The crew didn’t hesitate to ask questions to ensure they were performing the work as we expected. Upon completion, the work was reviewed along with care instructions. The final bill matched the estimate; no additional charges were made.
