PROFESSIONAL LANDSCAPE

Overall my experience has been pretty good. We felt like he was kind of expensive but we used someone cheaper we didn't get the results we wanted. He shows up when he says he will be there. We have been satisfied with them.

Mike came out and gave me a detailed estimate the day prior. He arrived with his crew on time the next morning and it took a little less time than he had estimated to accomplish all the tree trimming, etc. He and his crew then cleaned up the entire yard of any debris and hauled it all away with them.

Overall, OK, but they did not listen to me and would up weeding out a hole bed of poppies that were just ready to bloom. Needless to say I am upset.

I received the company's name from Angie's List. I was extremely impressed with Mike. He was very knowledgeable and offered a repertoire of services. He is a specialist in trees. I opted not to hire him as the other company had a lower bid. I would definitely contact him again for my yard needs.

Mike came out and did an estimate for us. I was so impressed with his knowledge. We also talked about the health of our queen palms and he informed me of their vulnerability to a fungus. At the end of the estimate, we had worked out the details of the new landscaping as well as the addition of some maintenance work his team would provide. We scheduled the day of service for the following week. His team was prompt and fast! They also tapped off a broken irrigation drip that had been leaking at no additional cost, set our sprinkler system for the right times for the summer season and set our lawnmower to the right height for the grass. He did everything (and more) for the exact price he quotes us. I was very impressed!

Everything went very well. During Mike's initial estimate, I was impressed that he knew every type of tree/shrub that I had along with what would need to be done to keep them healthy. Mike and his crew showed up on time as promised. There is no sign that there was a mesquite tree in the front yard and Mike has also given some advice on some good trees that could replace it. The overall landscaping looks very good and they made sure everything was picked up and swept along with skimming the grass out of the pool. Mike was a pleasure to deal with and was very professional. I have him coming back out twice a month to continue maintenance.

It went very well. Mike and his guys were very efficient and did an excellent job. Unfortunately, it looks like the frost killed off the two new Ficus trees, although I will wait till spring to make sure. But Mike guaranteed them for a year so I'm not too worried.

MIKE WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND COURTEOUS THROUGHOUT THE ENTIRE PROCESS. HIS INITIAL (FREE)ASSESSMENT TOOK ABOUT AN HOUR, AND WE TALKED ABOUT ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING I WANTED DONE. HE KNEW A GREAT DEAL ABOUT PALMS, AND HOW TO CARE FOR THEM, AND HE DID EVERYTHING HE PROMISED TO DO AND MORE. HE AND HIS CREW SHOWED UP PROMPTLY AT 7AM, AND WORKED NONSTOP UNTIL THE JOB WAS DONE. I HAD A SPRINKLER HEAD BREAK THE NEXT DAY, AND MIKE SENT A CREW MEMBER OVER THAT AFTERNOON TO FIX IT. GREAT BUSINESS TO WORK WITH!

THEY SAID IF THEY DID NOT LOOK GOOD WITHIN A MONTH TO CALL THEM AND THEY WOULD COME BACK AT NO CHARGE. WITHIN TWO WEEKS, THEY ALREADY LOOK BETTER.

THEY WERE VERY PROMPT. THEY ARE A SMALL COMPANY THAT DOES CARE ABOUT OTHER PEOPLE AND THERE EXPENSES. THEY REDUCED OUR PRICE NOT BECAUSE WE ASKED, BUT BECAUSE HE OVERHEARD A CONVERSATION I WAS HAVING WITH MY SON IN COLLEGE. SO HE KNEW THAT COLLEGE IS EXPENSIVE SO HE WAS DEDUCTING SOME ITEMS THAT HE WOULD HAVE NORMALLY CHARGED FOR AND HE THREW IN A DEEP ROOTED FERTILIZATION ON MY FICUS TREE. I WILL CALL HIM AGAIN WITHOUT A DOUBT JUST FOR THE FACT THAT HE CAME WHEN HE SAID THAT HE WOULD ON BOTH OCCASIONS AND IN AZ THAT IS UNHEARD OF.
