Auto Glass
ORIGINALLY, I CALLED TLC AUTO GLASS, LISTED ON ANGIE'S LIST. BUT THAT COMPANY HAS BEEN BOUGHT OUT(?) BY PRISM AUTO GLASS. THEY WERE WILLING AND ABLE TO DO THE JOB AT MY WORKPLACE IN A SHORT TIME, SO I REFERRED THEM TO MY INSURANCE COMPANY AND SCHEDULED THE WORK. THEY SHOWED UP A DAY EARLY AND I WAS ON VACATION. WHEN I CALLED THEM TO FIND OUT WHY THEY WEREN'T THERE ON THE SCHEDULED DAY THEY SAID WHAT THEY'D DONE AND THEY'D RESCHEDULED IT TO THE FOLLOWING SUNDAY. OBVIOUSLY, I WOULDN'T BE AT WORK ON SUNDAY, SO WE RESCHEDULED AGAIN TO THE NEXT DAY. THIS TIME THEY DID SHOW UP, ALBOUT AN HOUR AND A HALF LATE. THE INSTALLATION WAS DONE QUICKLY AND BILLED TO THE INSURANCE COMPANY. THE DID PAY A $25 BONUS, DOWN FROM THE $50 BONUS IN THE YELLOW PAGES AD.
