I bought an older home that needed to have some attention to the roof. The flat garage had leaked and needed to be refoamed. I opted to replace all the cracked tiles on the roof also and had an old shoddy porch torn down and a new, larger porch built. I had three different roof surfaces, foam, tile and rolled.
Since the house was built in 1985 finding tiles to match was difficult but Dan found some that were slightly different and all of those were put on the back of the house and are never noticed unless I point it out. The underlayment was replaced and he installed a drip edge to protect the wood. They tore it all apart and had it replaced in 4 days.
Dan and Paul were here and on the roof ready to go every day at 7 am when Glendale City Ordinance says construction noise can begin. They picked up all the nails and hauled off all the debris. Dan is very pleasant to work with.
I recently sold the house and a home inspector and the buyer's roofer looked at the roof. Both complemented on the excellent job that was done. Dan started on a Monday and finished the next Tuesday. At each day's end his crew would use a magnet to pick up all metal shards and nails that had fallen of the roof. They also used a leaf blower to clean up the yard throughout the day. He and his crew were polite always answering my questions with patience.
I was 9 years old when my Dad replaced our roof; the workmen were
prompt, dependable and took pride in their craft. I thought that
perhaps it was just the way things used to be until Dan Flannigan of
Pride Roofing replaced our tile roof last week. My faith in people has
been renewed. I am so pleased with the job Dan and his crew did for us. I
