Outstanding service! JJ installed our gutters over ten years ago. When the recent storms damaged them, he quickly came out and did the repairs at no cost! He also installed gutter son my Mom’s house about 4 years ago. We couldn’t be happier with the quality, price and service. Gutters aren’t something you buy a bunch of times in your life. Make sure you trust the very best to get it done right the first time. JJ and Precision Gutters are the standard by which all service providers should be held!

JJ and his father-in-law showed up on time and did a very nice job of installing the gutter as well as Gutter Guard I had purchased on my own. A very professional job at a competitive price. Everything went as expected.

Although we had to schedule about two months out, he called the night before to confirm and the morning of to let me know what time he would be arriving. He was on time, professional and very clean and quick. Very nice guy.

The project went extremely well. During the proposal meeting, JJ was knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. He gave us a written proposal with diagrams and helped with color choices. On the day before the scheduled day, JJ called to confirm; and on the day of the scheduled service, he was prompt and efficient with his time. The rain gutters look great and match extremely well. Even better than looking good, during the rains last weekend and this week, the gutters have performed performed perfectly. I would certainly hire JJ again.

I was totally impressed with the work that JJ performed. He not only performed the job I hired him to do, he went the extra mile. I had a spotlight that needed to be removed in order for him to install the gutter. JJ removed the spotlight and installed the new one that I had just purchased. He did it as a courtesy and did not charge me extra. The gutters look even better than I had imagined.

JJ did a wonderful job. He came out and quoted us in August, provided us with a quote, brought color samples and provided suggestions for the jog. We booked his first opening which was 9/28/16. He was punctual. His work is very neat and professional. We are happy with the installation. We would definitely use him again and refer him to our friends. It was a pleasure doing business with JJ.

Had diagnosed a problem with gutter not having the proper slope with water coming off flat roof so hard that it went into the pool. He suggested larger downspout in both front and back. We felt we would see how it went with a monsoon rain. Only had one to judge work!

JJ was prompt and professional! He scheduled a day and even arrived early. His expertise was exceptional and had reasonable pricing. After a couple of good monsoon downpours, I can report this guy knows his business and would highly recommend Precision Gutters to all in need!

All went great.  Left message to set up appointment, was called back soon after to set up the  appointment.  JJ came on time, gave me an estimate on the spot, and I accepted.  Pricing was very reasonable and I could tell he was someone I felt comfortable with working on my house.  He came and did the work on the day as promised.  This was especially important to me as I am not a full time resident, so he did this while I was not there.  Upon finishing, he took a few pictures and sent them to me via text so I could see the completed job.  Everything looks fine.  Great communication along the way.  Very easy to do business with.

JJ did a a terrific job.  I knew he was the guy to go with when he first estimate the project.  He was very considerate and listened well.  His price was about right and was very competitive.  He showed up on time and was very proficient with his work.  I would recommend him to all of my friends and family in the valley.

JJ came to our home in April to discuss how we could handle the water coming out of our scuppers during rains.  He gave us an estimate for gutters for the entire length of our back patio ($900) along with a separate one for a gutter to address the scupper over our master bathroom window only ($150)  We decided against putting gutters along the patio, but chose to go with the gutter to address the scupper over our master bathroom window.  He was as nice and professional when we decided on the $150 job as he was when we were considering the $900 job.

Went exactly as expected, confirmed before, came on time (JJ and his father-in-law), finished and cleaned up nicely. Even scooped some junk that had gotten into the pool. Extra bonus, hung up one of those Costco rolling sunscreens that I had put up the mounts for but wasn't able to put up on my own. Thanks.
Absolutely recommend. My only advice to JJ - always return phone calls same day, even if not easy to do. It makes a difference.

JJ was very professional throughout - from estimate, to scheduling, to install.  I had some fascia damage that needed repair and re-painted. I requested color samples of gutters, so my painter could match the color. Everything went smooth and quick. JJ cleaned up all debris, I had 1 area where I needed water to run away from a lower garage cement floor. JJ installed downspout to divert water to nearby citrus tree.  JJ was a pleasure to work with.  I have already recommended JJ to other customers.

My painter was so impressed that he recommended JJ to his customers, too.

It went great, I had one problem area that he immediately came back and addressed and showed me how to resolve some roofing issues (pre existing) quickly.

-removed old plastic gutter on one side of the house and replaced with 40 foot one piece aluminum; placed single 3 foot gutter in front of house

-responded quickly (2 other companies listed in AL did not return VM messages to contact us); explained options and procedures well; provided a great estimate so we decided to hire without waiting for other quotes

-did the job well, fast, clean; very professional

-end result looks awesome

Initial Service was great owner/installer (JJ) came for a quote the next day and installed about a week or so later. Product and install was perfect.
A couple weeks later, during a Micro Burst in the area, a tree in my yard fell and damaged the gutter. I called and asked to have the gutter replaced and was ready to pay for that as the damage had nothing to do with the product or install.
When JJ arrived to do the job, he repaired and inspected the gutter instead of just replacing it, and therefore saved me $150.
I appreciate contractors that do what is right for the customer, and this is one of those people. I will use in the future after some roofing work is done, and would recommend to anyone.
