+ -1 moreI hired Hans Norr to perform a home inspection. When we arrived at the property we found ourselves locked out of the home inspection. Later he "allowed" us to come inside and told us how thorough he'd been and showed a few pictures he'd taken, gave us a nicely bound report, a few coupons and a promise to be there for us in the future. I wanted him to be there for me while I was paying him to be there. We rely on home inspectors to help us become familiar with the home that we are purchasing. Hans seemed more concerned with getting his report done and getting out of there. I feel my money was wasted on his "services".
