They were pretty quick to serve and they did a good job. My daughter had good service too. They took care of all 3 things for $135. Their availability is very good. Each time we've gone in there, they accepted us rather quickly and got us in and got it taken care of. They show a caring for the animals. The price was a little bit high but I didn't have much to compare it to. It wasn't outrageous.

My dog could barely walk due to her arteritis and her nails being so long. The staff were very friendly and treated my dog very well. I brought my dogs shot documentation for them to keep on file. I really liked that they didn't require an appointment, but I just walked in and they worked on her.

The sales staff are excellent; very helpful.

I have insurance, a product with PetSmart, so routine visits and that sort of thing, spay and neuter service. The overall experience was actually very good because the pup was real small and I was concerned about what the shots would do, so I paid extra to have the puppy sedated with Benadryl so that the reaction would be better. And so the veterinarian, the doctor, suggested it and I wasn't going to take any chances and if they couldn't do a great job and ensure my puppy would be fine then I couldn't have it done there. They ensured me that doing that would serve the best interest of the dog and it did. The dog spent the entire day there just to get a shot. For that service I'd say that was an "A" because I was surprised. I didn't expect to give them an "A" because I wasn't expecting the service to be that good by them. The price was reasonable, you know you'd like to pay a lot less and you think you can pay a little more but you pay what you need to pay when it's better for the dog. The quality was very good. I was generally concerned and they could see that. Its sibling had actually passed away because I got the shots done too early and so they could see that I was really upset and you know I said I'm not sure I'd react sanely if they messed up, so they needed to take extra caution and they did. They reassured me on how they were going to do that, so it was very well done.

They are pretty flexible. There have a lot of classes. They have different levels of classes that I need.

They were really good. They took take of the cat very well. When they got down to the options were and an estimated cost. So I could make a proper decision about what I need to do to the animal. They were handling it even if it was trying to bite and get away and everything. The way they handle it the cat did calm down. They knew what they were doing without having to sedate it. It was pretty neat. The second cat was an alley cat or wild, literally nobody wanted it around. That cat got sick and we took it down there and made some recommendation and gave us some medicine to give the cat to treat it and it healed the cat and the cat was doing fine. This place was really good for animals.

They do a great job with all of our pets needs. We have two dogs that go here once a year and the vets here have been great. We haven't had any problems at all. We can call and get in when we need to.

They always do a phenomenal job with our animal. We have been bringing them there for awhile now and they always great us like we are first timers. The groomers have a lot of experience in what they do. It s a fun and healthy place to bring my animals and know that they are not being mistreated.

OVERALL MY EXPERIENCE WAS GREAT. I FELT THE ENTIRE STAFF AND ESPECIALLY OUR ACTUAL TRAINER WERE SUBURB. ALL THE EMPLOYEES IN THE STORE WERE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND LOVED PETTING MY PUPPY. I WOULD RECOMMEND PETSMART FOR PUPPY TRAINING.

THE STAFF SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING, AND THE HOURS OF AVAILABLE TIME TO PICK UP AND DROP OFF ARE VERY FLEXIBLE AND CONVENIENT.

I HAVE BOARDED MY LARGE DOG WITH THEM SEVERAL TIMES. THEY TAKE VERY GOOD CARE OF HIM, AND HAVE CALLED ME WITH CONCERNS WHILE I WAS OUT OF TOWN. WHEN I PICK HIM UP, HE LOOKS LIKE HE IS HAPPY, AND HAS BEEN EATING. HE DOESN'T MIND GOING BACK, EITHER!

THE FACILITES WERE VERY CLEAN AND WELL KEPT. THE STAFF TREATED OUR DOG VERY WELL. WE WERE DISAPPOINTED IN THE CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT TIMES.

WE SELECTED PETSMART PETS HOTEL BECAUSE OUR TWO DOGS WOULD BE BOARDED IN THE SAME KENNEL. WE FELT MORE SECURE ABOUT LEAVING THEM BECAUSE WE KNEW THEY WERE TOGETHER. THE FACILITY WAS CLEAN AND WELL ORGANIZED.

PETS MART GROOMERS DO A GREAT JOB ON GROOMING OUR DOGS. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM. THEY TAKE CARE OF OUR DOGS AND ARE PRICED RIGHT. THE GROOMING AREA IS VERY CLEAN. WHEN THEY GIVE ME A TIME FRAME THEY ARE ALWAYS PUNTUAL.
