Unlike most pool services (and I experienced 3 other companies through our home warranty), the tech that showed up was well spoken, knowledgeable, courteous and friendly and dressed like a service professional. It took two trips as he needed an unusual part to complete all of the repairs. He came back exactly when he said and even did another follow up call for me at my request without me having to be there. He left a receipt as evidence of the additional service. You need to try these guys - they are great!
