computer repair
 + -1 moreOne computer connects to internet sometimes but the other two do not work at all. I contacted the contractor by phone and email several times requesting repair to the system or a refund but he never replied. I discussed the problem with other techs and was told I need a wireless router. The contractor installed the router I have and knew or should have known my router is not wireless.
Description of Work: Installed devices so my computers would connect by wireless to the internet. I had used this contractor before with good results and found him to be quite skilled. I was quite surprised that he would neither reply to questions or return correct the problem....
