They were very nice scheduled me quickly, but they did not do the job completely. I was told on the phone that they would remove the DirecTV dish from the roof, remove the bracket, and patch any holes. But when the tech came out he said they could not remove the bracket, so I still have that sitting on my roof. Still charged me the same price though

They did a good job for my TV Antenna set up.

The work and product was good. I wanted to give them a 5 star rating. They were nice and it didn't take them long to hook up 3 TV's. However, what was quoted on the phone was 4 TV's. I was told they would install the antenna, run any wires and make sure all 4 TV's were receiving the signal. If the wires were degraded or needed installed they would take care of that. It was all included. When they found out it required attic work things changed. They wanted another 150 dollars to do what was told to me on the phone. Needles to say if the TV previously had cable they used the existing jacks. That was included in the price. If not be prepared to pay more. Just be aware any thing extra cost more if it was not already done by the cable company first.

Bought a product I could not install - called them and they came out recommending a better product they could guarantee. They handled everything. Installation was well done. results? We now have Five Bars of cell reception in the house.

On did a good job connecting my TV to the inside antenna. They didn't talk much, they were all business and professional.

While the initial appointment set up was fine. That?s kind of where it ended. I selected a window of 2pm to 5pm on a Saturday. The techs showed up at 12:30pm with no call or text to say they were on there way or to ask if they could come early. They removed the DirectTV satellite dish but left what appeared to be an old attempt at a bird?s nest on the ground next to the house. Again, with no request for a trash receptacle or a text to let me know it was left there so I could dispose of it. There was no apology or even acknowledgment of the scheduling issue but they were quick to collect payment for the 20 minutes it took to do the job.

They were prompt and on time. The installation was done quickly.

They called and asked if they could arrive early. Early! Unheard of. No waiting around for the tail end of the window time they gave me when I booked the appointment. They explained a few options to me, and, once I agreed, got to work and installed my outdoor antenna. They ensured it was working, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. Highly recommend.
