CM Wireless was the only company that responded to my request for service. That alone is good customer service. When I called, I spoke with Diana and she took all my information and had me scheduled for the antenna install the next day. Jesus brought 17 years of experience to this install. The antenna was a fairly simple install that I could have done, but, how to connect the cable to the junction box was the problem because of the Cox hook up. Jesus had us up and running within half an hour. His installation is perfect. I absolutely will recommend CM Wireless to anyone that needs this service.

Unfortunately, they could not repair my 4-yr. old atenna .- their **replacement** antenna was much worse than my current one, which they finally replaced. They tried, but I still do not receive Channel 5.
