Good when they finally arrive!

When DIRECTV told me it would take them 8 days to come out and service their dish, that told me they had very bad customer service so I looked elsewhere. This is how I found On Site Satellite. A great experience with service within 24 hours. Friendly, professional people, local business and reasonable rates. What more can you ask for! I will be keeping this companies name and number.

Sergio was professional and efficient. The access point for installing our antenna in the attic was cramped but he organized his tools and supplies for easy retrieval. He also checked that I was satisfied with the signals before leaving. I would recommend Sergio in particular for any installation of antennas or satellite equipment.

Fred from On-Site Staellite called me back immediately to listen to my concern and schedule a time for the repair (I needed an antenna mounted on my roof and a new cable run). Bill arrived at my house promptly, listened to my concern, offered expert advice, and finished the job quickly. From start to finish, the service was outstanding. I highly recommend them!

Not good

I was told the project would cost $215. The invoice was printed and the total said $215. When the guys finished the job they charged me $275. He hand wrote the $275 on the invoice over the $215. The installer said it took longer than expected. The sales guy Bryan said he could mount the TV in 45 minutes himself. His people he sent out took 2 1/2 hrs. I feel strongly that I was lied to about the cost of the project and got ripped off by this company. I will never do business with them again or recommend them. The installers were friendly.

Prompt and excellent service

They did an excellent job. They were extremly prompt. They called me within 10 minutes. They were great in communiating before, during, and after the project. Everything works great.
