I was very pleased with the professional service I received from On-Site Satellite. My call was returned immediately and an appointment was set up for the next day (Sunday!). Carlos arrived on time, explained how the TV installation would go and made sure I had all the parts necessary for the job. He did a quality installation, made sure I was happy with the job and cleaned up before he left. I would highly recommend On-Site Satellite.

Being late by 2 hours was the only negative. Everything was completed in an excellent fashion, I have already recommended On Site to 2 other Canadian families that were having trouble in receiving the Shaw Direct signal. Overall I was extremely satisfied.
