Carlos was very good installing the dish just where we wanted it, and aimed it perfectly. He even helped set up the receiver and explained how the HD worked so we could enjoy it immediately. Experienced and friendly, Even the dog liked him right away.

On Site Satellite was AWSOME! About 5 minutes after my request through Home Advisor, the owner of the company "Rick" called me to set up an appointment. This call was at 8:00pm! i was astonished that it was that quick. The installer "Carlos" came over the next day. He took a look around discussed the job with me and then went to work. I was very impressed with the timeliness and professionalism! These guys are a great company that I would send over to work on my mom's house. THANX

On Site Satellite responded to my inquiry promptly and informed of the charges up front. Carlos showed up as scheduled installed the equipment and got us up and runing in a very short time. Overall I was very pleased with the service and instruction I received from Carlos, so would highly recomend this company for instalations.

I requested that this company come out to install my dish on a tripod, since DirecTV will not do that anymore. They showed up an hour and a half late (although they did call), and charged me $80 to tell me the dish can't be on a tripod because of the location of a tree. They moved the existing dish back 3 inches and were there maybe 10 minutes. I will never use them again. I would like to give them a 0, but that isn't an option.
