We had purchased an antenna and wanted installed on our house. The company came out SAME DAY, it took less than an hour. It was a licensed provider, the technician knew what needed to be done (cable in the attic, accessible through the garage--I've had this house 25 years and did not know that), he explained everything, made sure we knew how to work the tv with the new antenna. He was expedient, professional, friendly. The cost was appropriate to the professional service provided.

Came prepared to check existing antenna and to replace it if the antenna wasn't working. Old antenna wasn't working New antenna installed quickly and TV reception is better than before and many more channels added. I'm happy!

These people followed up, gave me time to make up my mind if I wanted them. When they came to my condo to help with my Satellite they were on time, presented themselves with courtesy politeness. They were speedy in the servicing of my satellite. The project was Satellite adjustment so I could receive all the stations.

I needed to extend my TV antenna from my attic to the top of my roof. The installer did an excellent job, cleaned up after himself and didn't have any surprises about extra costs. What we agreed to on the phone is what I was charged. Now I get 123 clean TV station instead of 115 with half of those with a low signal. Most of my VHS stations had poor signals, but now they come in perfect.
