Very prompt. I knew most of what I wanted. He was able to test my attic antenna and showed it was working very well. I need a bit better infrastucture to get the signal to the rest of my house. My IT man will provide the rest.

Tech went above and beyond to the install antenna and connect to the TVs.He was knowledgeable, pleasant, and professional. However, I was led to believe ALL components (DVD player, TIVO, antenna) would be up and running at the end of the process. Only direct hookup from the antenna to TVs was done. I am on day three of trying to rewire rest myself! I was misled and NOT HAPPY about it.

We get good reception from our over the air TV antenna.
