Did the job well and on time. Explained to me what to expect and met these expectations.

When I called to get the initial estimate, I spoke to the store manager Fred. He was so pleasant, he took the time and explained to me what the tech would do once he arrived to my home and answered all of my questions. I really appreciated that he didn't rush me off the phone, but simply provided me with great customer service, even before I agreed to use the company's services. Ralph (the tech) called that day & told me what time he would be there. My husband was at home during the install & even Ralph walked me through over the phone his obstacles with the install so that I would understand. By the way, he did a great job!! Thank you both.

They made everything seem easy and simple. Price was great too!

Fellows had some trouble finding the proper skew, angle etc. for the Canadian satellite but were very professional and cut there time back to a very resonable amount. Had no problem calling in help from a fellow worker when he ran into a problem. Cleaned up after the job and where very personable. Plan on calling them again for the second receiver.

Got my system up and 75% of the satellite working but forgot to oil the actuator. Was way off on the projected cost to install and get it back to normal.....

They did a great job. Were on time, very professional and reasonably priced. Called after service to follow up on project. Very pleased with them.

On-Site Satellite absolutely went above and beyond my expectations. I've had other people look at this job in the past and they all said it couldn't be done, yet Sergio and his partner went out of their way to think of as many options as possible and let me choose which one worked best for me. When I told them I wanted them to string the cable over the top of my roof, they didn't have a ladder tall enough but said they would come back early the following day (on a Saturday). When I said I needed to buy a tall ladder for a different project, they took the time to drive me to Home Depot, tied the ladder to the top of their truck, and finished the job that day. We moved into our house over a year ago, and in that time we've hired quite a few contractors to handle a bunch of different projects. We've had a lot of frustrating experiences, but this was a breath of fresh air. Never once in that time has anyone actually exceeded our expectations like Sergio and his partner did. Awesome service.

I wanted to thank your entire team for the professional manner in which they handled my problem. I fully exoected to have to wait at least the entire weekend as it was a holiday. Rick went out of his way to assist and it made a difference for myself and my family. Thank you again and rest assured I will recommend your company to all interested parties.

Although a few hours late, your company was able to send a technician to my home on the day that I contacted you, as opposed to a nearly two week wait when scheduling through directv for service with another company. This was greatly appreciated. The technician that was sent to my home was probably the best I have ever dealt with. He knew every aspect of what needed to be addressed inside and out. He went way above what I expected and did a great job. When I have a problem in the future I will not bother calling the idiots at directv and will instead contact your company directly. Thanks.
