New Life Roofing

We were on a tight deadline with a baby on the way and the fine folks at New Life got it done with a few weeks to spare. They were professional, on time and on budget. Very tidy too. We recommend them highly. FWIW I'm a former commercial building manager, hard to impress...but these guys knocked my socks off! We love our new roof - looks gorgeous and we have peace of mind through monsoon season.

Work was done quickly, thoroughly and professionally.

I called on Jan 9 of 2014 and talked with a really nice lady that told me I would have a Tech. get in touch with me to set up an appointment. Today is the Jan. 20 and no one has contacted me.

I have called this company twice in the last few weeks, the first time after Thanksgiving, and the second time after the New Year. Both times the person on the phone has taken all of my contact info and promised that I would receive a call back from "Richard." I have never heard from him. Big mistake..I own 4 homes in Scottsdale that all are in need of new roofs in the near future. I will certainly take my business elsewhere. I would have given an overall grade of "F," but the people in the office who answer the phones are friendly and professional.

Repaired my tile roof primarily on each side of the front entrance. In addition, replaced several broken tiles scattered over entire roof and tightened tiles on two of the rakes.|Richard was the only one of four bidders who did not propose nor promoted a full roof replacement job.|Needless to say I was very impressed by his honesty and professionalism!||Gerry R.

Richard returned e-mail requesting an inspection of the roof. Upon inspection of the roof - he called to say shingles have approximately 5 years left on them. He did a small patch on the patio roof area to prevent any problems. There was no charge - that's why I love this company!!! I would highly recommend them and will plan to use them in the future. An honest company that provides a great service. ( I have used them in the past to roof another rental - they did a superb job).

The combined cost for both jobs was about $275. It worked out really good! They are good, honest roofers.

They did a fine job. We got three estimates and this group was just really great! The owner was so nice and came before and after to make sure the job was done right. They were very courteous and very nice people.

It was good! They got the work done fast, finished in one day. I felt the price was a little high, but they did a good job.

He came out pretty quickly after the evaluation. The gentleman that I worked with was very knowledgeable.

It turned out very well. We were very satisfied! They came out for an estimate one day and then they did the work in one day. They came out for the estimate the same day I called them! I thought the price for the services was more than fair. No problems with leaks since they did the work.

Provider was puctual and professional. The roof and leak were fixed in an appropriate amount of time. The price was right and we would use them again, if necessary.

Mr. Richard Bourassa from New Life Roofing was very prompt and professional in all aspects of this transaction. After spending an appropriate amount of time performing a thorough inspection of the roof he provided me with a fully detailed written quote and verbal explanation of what the work would entail as it pertained to my roof. I am quite satisfied with the quality of workmanship and final result. I would highly recommend New Life Roofing for any and all roofing issues.

Called left message with them explaining what I needed done. (roof repair) the gentleman had said I would get a call back that same day (9/9/2013). Never received one, called them on 9/10 no answer. Then I called morning of 9/11 and told the lady that I had called and she looked back and saw that I had and said that she would contact the roofer to call me to set up an appointment to come out and look at my roof! Both times I shared that I received them off Angies list and that I saw the excellent reviews on their workmanship but the bad reviews about call backs. I did this hoping that they would take this into consideration to make sure they called me!! I don't know how they are still receiving an "A" grade on Angie's list! I have just signed up with her list and now I am wondering if this is a accurate review list to go off of when I need to find someone! This company should not be getting an "A" grade with so many people reviewing they don't call back!!!

Went exceptionally well. Provided pictures of the damaged roof so I was able to make a more informed decision. They were punctual, professional and were able to complete the work within 3 hours. No more leaks! I would highly recommend this company.

They did an excellent job. I felt they were fair and very good people. They were very professional and worked very hard. Cleaned up when they were done, you would never know that they were here working on the roof.

I appreciated Richard's careful explanation of our repair options. He felt that a complete, new roof was not needed at this time. He was able to adapt his work days to my schedule. The job was completed on time, with professional and knowledgeable employees. Richard carefully reviewed the work and had his crew complete a few more "tweeks" before he declared the job complete. If we have any more roofing issues, we'll be calling Richard.

They did a great job. They were quick, they were so great.

We worked with Frank and he was fantastic to work with. He was always on time and quick to respond, both via email and phone. We originally had him quote only replacing the front slope and repairing the back. All other roofing companies we received quotes from said that they could not repair the back and that it needed to be replaced. Frank on the other hand assured us that they could definitely repair the back, but he recommended that in its condition, we replace it instead, but left it up to us. At no point did Frank try to up-sell us, which we truly appreciated. Frank had the best price, though we weren't financially ready to do the entire roof, so we decided to wait. Six months later we called Frank back and he sent us a new quote with the entire roof being replaced. I asked him what we should do about ventilation and he suggested 4 turbines. For only an additional $300, I felt this was reasonable. Next Frank came out with several color options for us to choose from and was very patient with us as we looked through them and asked questions. Once we chose the shingle, he set up a time for the work to begin. The work went very quickly. The crew arrived early AM and worked until the heat no longer allowed for safe working conditions. Once the work was finished, I checked the roof and everything looked great with the exception of only seeing 2 turbine vents instead of 4. It was Sunday so I decided to wait until Monday to call Frank. Surprisingly, Monday morning, Frank called us before we called him. Not only had he noticed the issue, he promptly called us and assured us that the mistake would be taken care of. It turns out that the truck had lost two of the turbines and the crew mistakenly assumed the two turbines they received were the only ones to be installed. Frank apologized for the mistake and said that they would come back out and remove the two installed turbines, plug the holes, then re-install the 4 turbines in their appropriate locations. I can't stress enough how much we appreciated the upfront honesty and quick solution. Frank returned today for a final inspection. Everything looks great and we would recommend New Life Roofing to anyone we know looking to have roof work done!

Richard returned my call and arranged to come to my house the next day. He completed the work the same day as the inspection. I appreciated that he completed everything and I did not need to make another appointment.

I called on March 6, 2013 and got a voice-mail. I briefly explained tjhat I had a small leak in my roof and asked him to return my call in order that we could schedule a time for him to come by and inspect my roof. He never called back.

Called company to come out for a bid on roof repairs on April 29, told that "Richard" would call me back before 6 p.m. We're nearly a month out and still no call back from anyone. Will move on to another company.

We called them and others for bids. We liked Richard right off and his bid was fair and a bonus for us as there was an Angie's list discount. We would hire them again and recommend them, their only B rating would be due to telling us they were scheduling 3 weeks out and we didn't hear back from them for 6 weeks and they wanted to come at 7 am the next morning which we agreed to. When they workers weren't here by 8 we called and were told they had gone to finish up a job from the night before which we felt they should have called us to let us know they would be late. They showed up at 9 am.
