New Life Roofing has been serving Phoenix Arizona Metro valley since 1984, repairing and or replacing roofs on thousands of homes. We pride ourselves on exceptional quality of both material used and the manpower to install it. All of our employees are permanent, full time technicians. We never use contract labor, temporary help, or unqualified people to install or repair your roof. With an excellent record with the B.B.B. and a 37 year fantastic record with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors, we would be happy to provide you, the potential customer with a free, no pressure estimate at your convenience. And since we do not ask for money up front, you can rest assured that you will never pay for work that is never started or left unfinished. Payment is always upon completion of the job. WOW!!! I absolutely love New Life roofing. The owner Rich is amazing!! They were so professional and clean so well and did amazing work they stand by the product and their labor they are truly the best roofing company in the world!! Yes I would use them again and I also tell everyone if you need a roof you've got to go here they will take very good care of you and you're roof!!! And let's not forget how honest they are which is what we all need more of is the honesty from professionals that do work for us I give these guys an A plus plus plus plus plus!!!?

Every experience has been excellent! They replaced the shingles under my AC unit and the paper and tiles over my garage. Two other companies wanted to paper and tile my entire roof. New Life Roofing staff are honest and replaced what was necessary. For my current home, they repositioned tiles, added flashing around the pipes and replaced the patio roof. The price was fair. They were responsive, prompt and left my yard clean. Thank you and I will recommend them to colleagues and friends!

I have a tile roof that was more than 30 years old. They replaced all the parts under the tile and put the tile back down. I'm sorry I can't remember the names of all the parts under the tile, but if you have a tile roof, you know what I'm talking about. They worked in sections, so that at no time was the roof vulnerable to weather. They were very courteous and professional. I always knew when they would be here and they were always on time. They cleaned up after themselves every day and never left a mess. My new roof looks great and my insurance company is pleased.

I’ve used Richard’s company, New Life Roofing, on three separate occasions for repair work and have always been happy with their work. I feel Richard is honest in telling me what needs to be done and in the amount he charges. I wouldn’t use anyone else for roofing work.

I was extremely impressed with this company. I had 3 other roofing companies come out and give me estimates to repair a roof leak, and they all tried to either sell me an entirely new roof, or at least half of one. Richard was the last contractor to look at the job, and he never suggested anything close to the amount of work the other contractors did. He inspected the entire roof, along with the area in question, and gave me an estimate to repair. It was less than $700.00!! When I mentioned the other contractors, he simply said my roof was in good shape, but there were a few areas that needed attention. He further explained that a lot of roofing companies sell by volume, in order to make the job worth their while. Needless to say, I hired him on the spot. The work was done quickly and professionally. They showed up when they said they would, and Richard came out to personally inspect the work after it was completed. They even repaired an issue that showed up after he gave me the estimate, at no extra charge. It has yet to rain since this repair was made, but with the 2 year warranty his company provides, I am not too concerned about the quality or workmanship of the repair, and I feel the problem has been resolved. I would recommend this company to anyone.

Richard was on time to inspect my concrete tile roof and to recommend whether it needed to be completely redone or just repaired in a spot that had leaked as a result of the last rain. Richard said the felt was still pretty good overall and that it only needed attention in a few areas, including the current leak. The quote was reasonable and, amazingly, they were able to schedule me into an opening a couple of days later. The crew was on time and professional. I will absolutely use them again.

New Life Roofing did some recent repair work on our tile roof. Firstly, our contact with Richard Bourassa was very professional and pleasant. He was very responsive and provided a quote for the work in a short time which accurately reflected the actual cost of the job. Since the work also involved some foam work he was able to recommend a company for that and ensured that the work was done as part of the same job. Overall, the service provided was excellent, including the quality of the work and the clean-up. We are very happy with New Life Roofing and would definitely recommend them for your roofing needs.

I was extremely pleased. The workmanship was very professional and they are honest in assessing what work is needed. I have a tile roof. New life removed existing tiles, replaced any damaged tiles, repaired only the metal channels that needed repair, fixed any problems with the wood under the tiles, and replaced the tiles. They also sealed and coated my flat patio roof. Very pleased.

I have a number of quotes done on re-roof. I chose New Life roofing based on the meeting with Scott, researched the company and the reviews from various sources. The crew was very efficient in the all aspect of the work done. I believe that I got a fair value for the work that were perform.

Excellent. It was really good. It took I think two and a half weeks, almost three to complete the service. The workers were very good, excellent. My first impression was good. We used them before at our other house. They did the roof on our other house back in Glendale, I don't remember what year that was. It was when they had the microburst happen and all the shingles were on the ground in the whole area.
