I appreciate New Life's honesty and professionalism in referring me to another company that could do the work I needed. A lesser company would have tried to sell me a type of roofing inappropriate for my needs. Although I did not end up contracting with New Life for this job, I will keep the company in mind for any future needs within the company's area of specialization.

On time for estimate and repair. Repaired even earlier than they estimated. Looks good. Excellent clean-up...would never know they had been here. It's been a month/2 rains, and no leaks.

Very satisfied. Although I had to call twice, once I made the second call they returned the call immediately. The estimator was extremely knowledgeable, right on time, and the price quoted was fair. A big monsoon storm hit about five days after the work was done, and no leaks.

Very responsive in getting back to me on the phone and having someone come out the next day to do estimate for roof repair. After I confirmed that I had selected them, they were out two days later to fix it. I did not have to be home. They billed me, which was nice. The work was done well and the shingles were an exact match. The one complaint that I had was they left a lot of residue from the shingles on my porch and driveway- it would have been better if they had cleaned up after they finished. All in all they did a great and efficient job.

Telecon with Rick was very courteous and helpful in planning and scheduling work. Discussions with Ralph the estimator revealed excellent knowledge and practical recommendations.

The roofer was on time and very friendly. Did a great job at a good price!

He said someone would call me by 4:00 pm the next day. One day later and I still haven't heard from them. I'm very disappointed as this was the first company I called from Angie's List.

New Life promptly scheduled a visit for an estimate, left the estimate, and made a follow-up phone call to me to explain the estimate in detail. Their bid/estimate was very competitive and included some items that others wrote up as ''extras.'' Work began exactly when I was told it would and was finished right when they said it would be done. They did make a couple of additional trips to change out some flashing, etc. that they weren't happy with. Everyone we dealt with was professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. I was at home after the tear-off to check the condition of the plywood deck (replacement of which had been identified as an ''extra'' - which is fair) and felt that their evaluation of what needed to be replaced was fair/correct. The work looks very good, they used a quality shingle, and we've had a few rainstorms already, and everything seems weather-tight. Overall, we're very happy and would recommend them to anyone.

THEY WERE SO PLEASANT AND THEY ARE BRINGING BACK SAMPLES AND THEIR PRICES SEEM TO BE THE BEST SO FAR! Everyone from the people that tore off the roof to the roofers to the owners, who came out today to walk the roof were very pleasant. They will be coming back out in May when I get a new A/C to make sure it is still okay at no charge to me. Now that is what I call service. It is beautiful. The price was a little steep but I don't know how much it should cost for a new roof.

MY FIRST EXPERIENCE USING ANGIE'S LIST FOR A REFERRAL. THIS COMPANY IS CLOSE TO MY HOME AND HAS EXCELLENT RATINGS FROM OTHER MEMBERS. I CALLED A LITTLE OVER TWO WEEKS AGO TO GET AN ESTIMATE AND LEFT MY NAME, ADDRESS, AND TELEPHONE NUMBER. NO ONE EVER CALLED ME BACK; A VERY POOR WAY TO START A BUSINESS RELATIONSHIP. I WILL NOT USE THEM AS A RESULT.

AFTER WE CALLED THEIR OFFICE, NEW LIFE WAS A BIT TARDY IN GETTING BACK TO US TO SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR AN ESTIMATE. IT DIDN'T MATTER MUCH BECAUSE WE HAD SCHEDULED SEVERAL CONTACTORS FOR ESTIMATES OVER SEVERAL WEEKS. NEW LIFE'S ESTIMATOR WAS COURTEOUS AND SEEMED TO BE KNOWLEDGEABLE. WE GOT A TOTAL OF FIVE BIDS AND FINALLY GAVE THE CONTRACT TO SOMEONE ELSE. WE DID NOT ELIMINATE NEW LIFE BECAUSE THEY WERE TARDY GETTING BACK TO US. THERE WERE A NUMBER OF FACTORS WE HAD TO CONSIDER AND WE DECIDED ON ANOTHER CONTRACTOR FOR SEVERAL REASONS. THAT CONTRACTOR IS ON ANGIE'S LIST AND WE WILL GIVE YOU A REPORT AFTER THE WORK IS FINISHED.

VERY GOOD WORK. GOT TO THE JOB IN A TIMELY MANNER CONSIDERING ALL THE RAINS THIS WINTER. GOOD WORK CREW, LEAST AMOUNT OF DISRUPTION TO THE PAINTING AND OTHER ACTIVITIES GOING ON. DID THE WORK QUICKLY AND WELL AND CLEANED UP VERY WELL. OWNER OF COMPANY WALKED THE ROOF A WEEK OR SO LATER AND MADE A COUPLE OF GOOD SUGGESTIONS.

RALPH BROUGHT US SEVERAL SHINGLE SAMPLES TO HELP US DECIDE ON A SHINGLE PRODUCT. THE SHINGLES WERE REMOVED AND CLEANED UP NICELY. THE NEW SHINGLES WERE INSTALLED AND THE ROOF WAS BLOWN AND SWEPT TO REMOVE DEBRIS. THEY INSTALLED GENEROUS FLASHING AROUND AREAS NEEDING EXTRA PROTECTION. EVERYTHING WAS DONE IN A VERY TIMELY MANNER.

VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS. THE WORK STARTED AND COMPLETED ON TIME. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE RESULT. CLEANED UP DEBRIS IN YARD THOROUGHLY.
