They've done one job and it was to my satisfaction. It was quick and prompt. The price was fair. And they're currently doing a second job for me and I am pleased.

At the time of the estimator's appointment, he said that it would be a couple of weeks before he could schedule the repairs. Two days later, the company called and said they had finished up another job early and asked if they could send out someone the next day. They came at the exact time they had scheduled and completed the work promptly and thoroughly, then cleaned up the job site and left within 2 hours. Billing is done through the mail so the workers don't collect at the time of the work. We could not ask for a more professional and responsive company and were especially pleased with the cost, the quality of work and the prompt completion of the job. The estimator, Ralph, is indeed a good representative of the company. We are quite pleased with the work and got a two year written warranty for the repairs.

Though it took two calls to New Life to get a call back they came out bright and early the next day and gave a reasonable estimate. The day after that they completed the work. Very fast, VERY friendly.

Richard called back a day after I left a message for him. His superintendent came a few days later and gave a detailed written estimate. The work was done within a week. It took two partial days. The worker was prompt, worked hard, and cleaned up thoroughly. Richard came over a few days later to inspect the work and to bring the invoice, which matched the written estimate. We were very pleased with the whole process and would recommend New Life Roofing without reservation.

Weather caused a one day delay in the start date. The owner is very conscientious regarding potential damage due to weather. Company personnel interacted with us regarding all choices applicable to providing a water tight roof compatible with our home. We discussed vents, shingles, underlayment,and flashing possibilities. The Estimator Superintendent provided extremely useful advice. The resultant contract was clearly written. A tear off team completely removed the entire roof covering to the roof deck. They cleaned the deck to a like new condition. The install team inspected all aspects of the roof deck including the deck support structure. When the structure was repaired as needed and deemed ready the installation began. The installers were very caring. They wanted to be proud of their work. At the end they cleaned up everything. They can be proud.

Very well. After requesting contact through the website, they called within a day, set up an appointment to give an estimate the next day, then were out within 3 days to complete the job.

Very professional. Communicated to me at each stage of the process. Owner was there at the beginning & the end to make sure everything was done correctly.

Wonderful work! They arranged to have materials dropped off Friday before they came to work. They showed up Monday morning on time & got right to work, thought it would take about 3 days, & they were finished in 2, cleaned up every night. We called after the project was complete to find out how & when we should pay them, & they explained they were letting the roof settle & would be back in a few days to paint & inspect the work, then they would accept payment. At this time we had found some nails in the yard & the owner offered to be out immediately with a magnet to finish cleaning up. We are VERY happy with the work performed, how it was performed & never once felt like we made a bad choice. The crew that worked we felt were experienced & hard working.

This company was extremely responsive at every point in the process. They sent a conscientious inspector to do the initial roof estimate of damages (no charge), then they gave me photos of the places on the roof needing attention, then they gave me 3 different alternatives for repair options with different cost breakdowns. This was so helpful for me to make an informed choice of what I wanted done. They repaired the roof when they said they would (while I was on vacation) and when I returned, the yard around my house had been cleaned up without any evidence that workman were there (they also trimmed some trees touching the roof). The owner himself came out to look at a portion of the roof which I had a question about after the repairs were done. Everyone I spoke to was professional and courteous. They will definitely be my roofing choice in the future.

I contacted New Life Roofing, who had GREAT marks on your list, to come and give me an estimate. They said that they were a little busy but they would send their estimator out early the next week and get back to me with an estimate. I never heard back from them, so I called them a week later to see what had happened. The owner was apologetic and said that he would send the estimator out within the next few days and get back to me with an estimate, but I waited and waited in frustration and never heard a thing. Both times I called I spoke to the owner, and both times I let him know that I found his info on Angie s list, and that he had high marks. The second time I spoke with him, I reminded him about that, in hopes that his follow-up would be a little more timely. Unfortunately, it was not. I was hoping to be another of this company s satisfied customers and be able to add my high scores to the previous ones on Angie's list, but I gave up and am contacting another company.

Job was very professional, from the estimate through the billing/payment procedure.

They came when they said, they were prompt, they had a very good price. The roofer was very personable and they cleaned up after they finished the work.

Very pleased with the service provided by New View Roofing. The office was quick to respond to my call and provided me with a lot of basic information during our initial discussion. The inspector, Ralph Nott, arrived on time, was very courteous and was extremely professional. He did a full inspection and while my roof didn't require repair at this time, he was able to advise me on what else could be causing my noise issues and what to watch for that might indicate a roofing problem. A very pleasant company to work with.

One day prior to the repair work, notice was given that the workers would arrive within a 5 hour window. The work was completed with no disruption to the surrounding area. No rain has fallen since that repair was made, therefore assessment of the success of the repairs made has yet to be determined. All individuals involved with the repair work were courteous and professional.

I would highly recommend New Life Roofing. They were very professional and did an outstanding job. They recommended just a recover instead of a complete new roof. We changed out the shingle color and it really made a difference on the curb appeal. They are not high pressure to sell you a new roof and only recommend what you really need to have done. Thanks for the great looking roof.

They responded quickly to our call for an estimate, came out at the time promised, and came back twice with samples of colors for us to choose from. We had a certain time frame in which we needed the roof completed, and they very willingly worked with us. They had a crew come out to remove the old shingles on a Thursday, and another crew came the next Monday at our request and put the new roof on. The removal crew actually laid out drop clothes around the entire perimeter of the house to catch the roofing, afterwards they clean it all, swept up, and even went into the garage to sweep up some roofing that had fallen through the roof vent. Both the removal crew and roofing crews were fast, courteous and they did an excellent job. Of note is that the owner of the company, Richard came out one week later to check on the job, finish up painting of the flashing, and to be paid. They did not want payment until the job was done and he had inspected it, which I find refreshing and unusual.

The company performed as expected. I left a message for them to call; they did and sent out an estimator, and performed work to my satisfaction in a timely manner, just the way it is supposed to be! Would definitely use them again.

Ralph was very punctual and professional. He went up on the roof to inspect its general condition and determined that another contractor (whom he also very helpfully provided a written referral for) offered specialized services necessary for solving the problems he identified. Of all estimate appointments I have scheduled thus far in order to compile bids for roof repair, I found Ralph Nott and New Life Roofing to be the most impressive. I regret not being able to hire this company but will certainly call New Life again in the future for projects they specialize in.

We called two companies to bid the job. New Life returned the call within 24 hours. They provided an estimate within the next couple of days. In the meantime we had still not heard from the other vendor. My husband liked the estimator so well that he told me to award the job to New Life and forget about getting other estimates. Initially, we thought we'd have to wait 3 weeks to get the work done, but several days later the schedule opened up. The work was completed in 1 day. The company did not require any money down and we were told that the company president personally inspects all jobs before invoicing for the work. So, about 7 business days after the work was completed the owner inspected the work and we paid him in full. By the way, New Life extends a 5 year warranty on their work.

This was a great experience with this company. Their representative showed up on time to do the estimate and had a very competitive price compared to the two other bids I got. They gave me an estimated date to do the work and then called to say they could come out earlier than expected. Their crew showed up on time and were easy to deal with, and left no mess. It has rained again and our roof is not leaking any more so it looks like they did a good job!

The initial evaluation and estimate were remarkably prompt (within a couple hours of my call). Scheduling was prompt as well, though work was delayed once when it turned out that the solar unit had to be moved after all. I had been resigned to a total roof replacement, but was was happy to be told that less extensive work was necessary. Heavy rains since then have confirmed this. I am completely satisfied with the results, service, and the cost. Richard did not submit a bill until he had a chance to personally inspect the completed work. I recommend them highly.

It was a great experience. The work was done quickly and was very high quality. Each phase of the process, from estimates to getting my flashings painted, was no sweat. It did take a little while to get them out initially, but mostly because the work was done in the busy monsoon season. Theirs was the lowest of 3 bids.

I received prompt and courteous service, although it took three telephone calls to the company owner over the course of about a week to get the estimator to call me to schedule an appointment to estimate the job. It was easy to contact the owner, but the estimator wasn't very good at returning calls. This was a minor annoyance and they were pleasant people to deal with. I had two other companies try to repair the leaks before New Life did the job. The other companies failed to stop the leaks. There was one hard rain after New Life did the work and the leaks were fixed. Great job! New Life was pretty pricey. I paid almost $1200 for two workers (very nice guys) to be here less than a full day. I don't think there was much expense for materials, so most of the charge was labor. Regardless of the charge, they were nice folks to deal with and they got the job done, which is the important point. I'd hire them again in a minute despite the price.

Besides having a good review in Angie's List, the bid came in well below all other roofing companies. The work was done quickly and neatly with very little intrusion on my life. I called about getting a new roof for the garage during July; monsoon season which is a very busy time for roofers. I was told it would not be until October before I could get a new roof. That was okay with me but as it turned out they had a cancellation and were able to put it in for early September and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend this company.
