New Life Roofing

The owner answered the call and came out himself to assess the problem. He wrote out the order and they were really quick. They came out the same day that I called.

The process went very well. I had another roof leak, my third in the last few years. The roof is only 10 years old, but it still has leaks. Apparently, flashing installed during the original construction where different roof elevations meet was not the best. In any event, before finding New Life,I had two other companies try to repair the first two leaks. They could not stop the leaks. Then I found New Life and they fixed those leaks on their first try. I of course then called New Life to fix this most recent leak. It hasn't rained since the repair was completed, but I am confident based on prior experience with New Life that the problem is corrected. I also had them completely inspect the roof for other suspect areas and they performed some repairs on areas that don't yet leak in an effort to stop possible future problems. I am pretty hopeful that I will experience no more leaks. These guys are good.

I was very happy with them. They were very efficient, polite, neat, clean, and worked quickly. I thought I would have to give them a deposit, but he instead had me pay when the work was completed, which I appreciated. They were wonderful, and although it has not rained so I cannot verify that the repair was successful, I am confident that they did a good job. I have a two year warranty against leaks or leak-repaired area, and I would certainly consider using them again.

Following a summer monsoon storm, it was ascertained that roof repair was needed. A call was placed to NLF which was returned promptly. They came and checked the roof and gave a price which was very reasonable. A date for repair was made, they fixed my roof and made the repair look very much like the original roof. Excellent work and work ethics.

After some miscommunication about when they would come by to examine the roof and provide an estimate, everything went very well. They arrived when they said they would, did the job quickly and professionally and were on their way in a matter of hours. Ralph, the estimator, carefully showed me the area that was damaged, explained how it would be repaired and walked with me around the rest of the roof to check its condition. I was sure based on all he said that it would cost well over $1,000. When he gave me the estimate of $360, I was relieved and pleased.

The roofers started work about 2 weeks after I OK'd the estimate. Two roofers came on time and finished the job in about 4 hours. They seems very friendly and were easy to communicate with. From the exterior appearance of the roof, the workmanship seemed fine. Of course, the quality of any roofing job cannot really be determined until years later if there have been no further leaks. But based on this initial experience with New Life, I would definately hire them again in the future. And, as my experience proves, always get more than one estimate!

New Life Roofing was the fourth roofing company from Angie's list to come out and give me a quote on fixing my roof. They were the ONLY company who were prepared to do the job on the spot. Their price was way below any other quote I received, and the work is guaranteed for two years! They were professional and honest about the condition of my entire roof. When I need a new roof, they will definitely get the job! I was given a $25 Angie's List discount too!

I needed new underlayment on the tiled portion of my roof. I called them, they came out and gave me an estimate. I had a couple of other roofers give me estimates and they were all in about the same amount. I chose New Life because they had been prompt and professional and I called their references and they all gave good reviews. They came out when they said they would, did the work in two days as they said they would, and it appears to be in good order. The head of the company came out personally to inspect the work before accepting payment.

A roofing contractor told me that my shake roof needed glue to hold the shingles together for awhile. When I checked BBB and Angie's List I found there is no record of his company, of the telephone number, or of the email address. So I went to Angie's List and found New Life Roofing, checked the comments from customers, and called the company. Today the man came out and examined my roof, telling me to do nothing right now but to start putting money aside for a new roof eventually. I am deeply grateful for the honesty of New Life, and grateful to Angie's List for being there.

Overall, things went very well. It did take him from July 3 to July 25 to actually show up and do the work, though--it was a pretty small job.

Excellent job! They did exactly what they said they were going to do. They came on time every day, they were as unobtrusive as possible while they were working on the house, and they cleaned up after themselves before leaving each afternoon. We've had a lot of rain in the past few days and we haven't developed any new roof leaks. I would strongly recommend New Life Roofing to anyone needing roof repair.

This is the second home that I have had New Life re-roof. They are professional, clean and do a top quality job. Their customer service is superb and they have a knowledgeable team that comes out and know their craft. Top notch company all around.

On time and kept promises. I had a bit of a challenge scheduling the job, but they never made a promise that was not kept. Calls were promptly returned.

The gentleman came and inspected the roof with a camera and showed me pictures of the problem areas as well as the future problems we could expect and the course of action we should take. I felt he knew what he was talking about. His men repaired the roof and addressed the routine maintenance issues so hopefully this roof will outlast us. His pictures cinched the deal for me. I know a lot of people have problems with their clay roof tiles so hopefully the maintenance will work although I hadn't planned on that.

The price was very reasonable. We have not had any rain to test the roof but it does seem quite good. We found that we had quite a bit of scraps we had to clean up after they left. They came and did the work and didn't bother me. They noticed one of our skylights was in bad shape and replaced it for us.

Ralph told us what to do to correct this situation with previous contractor and we did. After the previous contractor did their 're-work', it hasn't rained since so I am still not sure if the roof is really fixed. Either way, if the roof starts leaking again, we will definitely call Ralph. His knowledge and professionalism on roofing made us fee that we will get our money's worth.

Richard called to say he had been in the area and took the opportunity to examine the roof. He saw no damage and advised that no work needed to be done. He refused to bill us for the service.

I could not ask for better workmanship or better roofing. From beginning to end it was very professional and very well done. I was very pleased with every aspect of our experience with them.

The first leak that occurred was on the north wall. He said the leak was due to plumbing but I am not sure that there is plumbing up there. I called him out for a different problem and he caulked and fixed it. That repair also didn't hold after we had a rain storm. About 6 X 6 piece of the roof caved in. He said it was caused by the A/C unit. I had it checked and I was advised it was not leaking. He then came back and said it was the outer part that was leaking and he said he fixed it but I'm not sure. Due to the situation in hand, my tenant wants to move out and break the lease.

Quick response, and scheduling. Did all work in 1 day with advanced notice. Plenty of work force to complete job and cleaned up as if they were never there. A+.

When the workers came and made the repairs they found that less work had to be done than estimated and informed me that there would be an adjustment in the repair price DOWNWARD! It's not often you find such reliable and honest companies as this, but when you do it's a delight. I recommend this company to anyone needing roof work done and I for one would certainly use them again.

They did a great job and came in a timely manner. They were reasonably priced and they had great workers. They were very friendly. They got the job done in the time frame that they stated.

It went great! All the workers were always right on time and did a very nice job. I had gotten 3 estimates and New Life Roofing actually gave the most work for the money. Many roofing companies try and use scare tactics to get you to replace the whole roof, but New Life Roofing provides detailed options that allow you to do the work in stages, which is very nice in today's economy! I would highly recommend them.
