New Life Roofing

Living in Wisconsin, I needed a local company to repair my hail-damaged roof on my home in Glendale. New Life Roofing worked with me via the internet to set up a appointment to replace the roof. They also assisted me by adding the roof part of a solar light tube to a bathroom where the window was removed. They provided excellent service and workmanship and the entire area was cleaned up after the job completed. I would use this company again should the need arise.

NLR came over to give me a quote on getting my roof replaced. Upon inspection, the suggested an alternative with another company even though it might cost them business. I was very satisfied with their professionalism and would highly recommend such an honest company to anyone.

A very good (and very painless) experience... an excellent company to do business with from start to finish. Great follow-up and follow-through. Be sure to look into this company for your roofing needs.

From start to finish the experience was top notch. New Life Roofing provided expert consultation and answered completely all questions we asked. The finished product is terrific. Their personnel were nice to deal with; their crews worked well, knew their stuff, and cleaned up their messes. Both us and our neighbors really like our new beautiful roof! 2 minute phone call... How do you think it went?

I found them on Angie's List. I've had 2 little problems and they were out here. All I have to do is call them and they are out here at no charge. They are so wonderful. He cleaned off the leaves on the roof in case it was backing up water because it's a flat roof. He sent guys out the next day to do that and it didn't cost me either. He was great. When they put the roof on they were wonderful. It was a breathe of fresh air to work with that company -I just loved it, he's a Christian man. When I had the new roof put on the price was just perfect, he underbid the most expensive people. I'd recommend him to anyone.

Called New Life Roofing on April 11th due to a roof leak from the weekend storms. Contacted them due to receiving several issues of Angie's List Coupon Magazines. New Life Roofing has had a 1/3 page ad in every issue since at least January 2011 even though they are refusing to take on new customers. I also read some review and find that they have not been helping new customers for months. This does not seem very professional to entice new customer with savings off repairs and new roofs if you are refusing to take on any new business. You should pull your ads or change them to refelect your current business profile. Your self serving Angie's web posting is not enough. Most people go straight to the reviews and do not even see somewhere in your posting that you are not take on new customers.

We wanted to use New Life due to their great reviews here, and the fact that the business is in our neighborhood (we wanted to support a local business). I called on three different occasions, from October through December, and kept being told that I would receive a call back about setting up a time for an inspection and estimate. I never did receive a call. I was really frustrated when I saw the company completing a neighbor's roof just last week!

Said they are not taking new business at this time. They should state this on Angie's List so we don't waste our time.

The quality of their work stood out. The roof is holding up very, very well.

Very happy from start to finish. I selected New Life because of their high rating on A/L. I was not disappointed.

Our roof has cement shingles which were fine, but the underlayment had deteriorated over time, the wooden batten strips and plastic had rotted. The workers appeared on time, removed all the shingles, replaced the materials with plywood, added metal flashing to the edges, installed foam, replaced the shingles again, replaced two boards under the eaves that had rotted, and even checked the dryer vent pipe and cleaned that out. Some of my neighbors had had roof repairs but all agreed that the work New Life Roofing performed, the neatness and speed and courtesy, were a lot better than their prior experience. This was a positive experience that could not be topped!

Excellent. Ralph came out and inspected the roof. Super nice man and very honest. He took pictures and showed me exaclty what the problems were. I had 3 companies estimate the project. Lions Roofing bid was approx 5k, Scott Roofing bid was aprox. 4k, New Life Roofing approx. $900. These guys are great. All stages of the project went smoothly, from the first call to how they handled the billing. Smooth process. They even completed the job a few weeks earlier than scheduled. I waited unitl it rained to ensure everything was water tight before sumitting this report. Good company. Definitely worth considering if you need service on your roof.

The job was handled very quickly and professionally. Richard ensured we were kept informed on the progress and his roofer did a great job.

The gentleman who came initally to give me an estimate climbed up on the roof and inspected it thoroughly and gave me a good report of his findings. He did not try to "upsell" me. The roofers were on time, courteous and efficient. The job was completed in two days and they cleaned up after themselves beautifully. I would use them again without hesitation.

It went very well. I was having a solar hot water system removed and a new one installed simultaneously with the new roof. Richard was happy to coordinate with the other company so that both jobs were done efficiently. The roof looks great and the damaged wood was replaced and I am looking forward to the first rain. I know that normally new shingles can go directly over the original, but in order to properly inspect and repair unseen dry-rot, it was a good idea to strip it down to the underlayment. I would use New Life Roofing again.

Overall my experience with Richard was great even though it was short. He was very professional and made his best effort to meet my schedule.

New Life Roofing was the company I chose from the 4 bids obtained - they were chosen based on their knowledge and professionalism shown during the explanation of the bid. From the choice of shingles to the finished product I was pleased with the communication provided by the company. The tear off was done in an amazingly quick time, and the entire roof with new whirlybirds was completed by the next day. The roof looks great.

Found New Life on Angie's List. Richard came out next day for extimate, also covered a leaking area with plastic sheeting as he couldn't schedule work right away due to rain delays. Sheeting held and no additional damage. Removed and replaced existing roof within estimated schedule. In the end there were some additional charges for portions of damaged wood that needed to be replaced, this was anticipated. Also an additional charge for removing a second layer of shingles on the garage (which we felt should have been caught at the time of the estimate). Overall good work, pleasent and professional from all employees. Crew was prompt, courteous and clean. Would and have recommended New Life Roofing!

There was water dripping into the house from the ceiling after a day of rainy weather. I noticed it during the late evening. I called New Life Roofing at 6:00 am the following morning. The answering service asked me if it was an emergency to which I replied "yes". Richard called me 20 minutes later. I explained the problem. Richard said that he had a crew going out to a site about six miles away from me that morning and that they would come to my house after that job. The crew arrived at my house earlier than I expected and went up on the roof to see what the problem was. They found an area of the roof in the vicinity where I had the interior dripping that had four holes. They removed the tile, replaced the wood and the underlayment, and checked the surrounding area for holes as well. The crew said that it will never leak again in that area. They were right. Phoenix had its hardest rainstorm the next day with more rain for two days after that. There was absolutely no more leaking. I am so pleased with the responsiveness and quality of the work that I will use this company when I am ready to replace my entire roof.

It seems like they did a very nice work because we didn't have any leaks during the big storms that we had last week. They were very prompt, showed up when they said they were going to and finished the work when they said they were going to. They were very polite about everything the whole step of the way and I was very impressed.

Ralph arrived on 11/17 with the completed measurements and bid. The roofing materials were delivered the next afternoon. The roofers arrived by 7 AM on Thursday (11-19) and the entire job was finished by 3 PM on Friday 11-20-09. On 11-30-2009 the entire roof was carefully inspected by the company's representative and I paid the agreed upon amount. This was the most amazing experience! Fast, precise, all debris removed and POOF!...I had a beautiful new roof and a leak-free patio!

We had an inspection done on a home we were purchasing. The inspection showed a number of items that needed to be addressed on the roof. I had used New Life Roofing before to my satisfaction so I contacted them and faxed a copy of the inspection regarding the roof to the estimator. Upon receipt of the estimate we scheduled the job. It was done within the time estimated and met all expections.

Outstanding. Ralph Nott came out and did an evaluation of our roof and provided a written, detailed estimate. Price was extremely competitive.
