It went very well. I was happy with way the work was done. The man was personable and helpful with his advice.

I called New Life Roofing on 3/12/2013 because I need a roofing repair. I explained what I needed repaired and was told someone would get back to me to schedule a site visit. When I had not heard from anyone by 3/14/2013 I called again. The rep apologized and asked all the same question again. I still have not heard from anyone. I will be calling a different roofer.

My husband and I left a voicemail message with New Life Roofing regarding an estimate on a minor roof repair. The company never returned our call. Perhaps the job was too small or they were too busy, but the courtesy of a return phone call would have been appreciated.

After the service in early February,another leak, in a different part of the house showed up. Again, New Life Roofing was prompt, provided pictures, a fair estimate, and the work was done as scheduled, very promptly.

I called to get an estimate after getting the inspection report from my new home I am looking to purchase. Richard called me back quicker than 5 other companies I had reached out to. He was flexible with my schedule. In talking with him, we were able to figure out the issue and that I could fix it myself very simply. Saving me time and money. I really appreciated it!

From start to finish a professional job.... When I called to make an appointment to have someone come out and take a look at my roof, I had to leave my name and number as everyone was out in the field working. My phone call was returned that afternoon and an appointment was made for an inspection and estimate. Richard was right on time for our appointment. I showed him the water mark we found on our ceiling and he took measurements so that he could locate the problem on our roof. He found our problem right away and while he was up on the roof, he even eye-balled the rest of the roof and discovered a slipped tile and also warned us that our flat roof was nearing the end of it's life. As part of his estimate, Richard also included pictures of the problem area. We scheduled the repair work to be done and again, they were right on time. I will use New Life Roofing again and I do recommend them.

It went well overall. When Richard first came out to do the estimate, his crew did not notice the rotting fascia boards so that was not included in the original estimate/work done. They did everything except that work just fine. When I noticed a leak a few days after he completed the work in one of the rooms and let him know about it, he promptly sent an estimator back out to look at what was needed in that area and gave me a fair price. It rained pretty hard recently with no leaks, so it looks good to go. He was always very prompt in replying and letting me know what was going on.

Richard was prompt in returning my call and set up a time to look at the job. He arrived on time and did a thorough job of inspecting the roof. He explained clearly what the problems were and how he would handle them. He then emailed me an estimate, which I accepted. He called to set up a time to do the work. On the appointed day, I had some activities away from home, but when I returned two young men were busy on the roof. They kept me informed of what they were doing, including the fact that they would be removing the skylight for a short time. The work was accomplished in a timely manner, and I received a bill for the estimated amount by email.

I needed a opinion on roof condition on a house we are buying ; while doing the inspection he found a loose tile which could have fallen on roof solar panel and damaged it; he asked if he could fix it and he did. It was informative because he explained the roof material to me and life span of that kind of roof tile. I was charged $20.00. He was very friendly and helpful.

Being an out-of-town buyer, it was a pleasure working with a true professional that cares about his clients and their property. Good communication.

I'm not a relative or a friend like my wife thinks when she reads a good review! Great roofer, good person, better treatment than I've received from some relatives and friends!

richard was prompt in answering my call and with his estimate. his crew was on time and finished in a neat and timely manner. follow up was again prompt and thorough addressing any remaining issues. we are extremely satisfied.

I called Newlife Roofing on Saturday, August 25th and spoke with the owner, Richard. He promptly came out Tuesday, August 28th for an estimate. While inspecting the roof he took digital photos of the problem areas so I could see specifically the areas he proposed to repair. He also handed me his written estimate at that time. He took the time to answer my many questions at which point I asked him to put us on his schedule. Richard called back on Thursday, August 30th with a repair date for Saturday, September 1st in the am. Two of his employees arrived bright and early that morning ready to work. While addressing the agreed upon repairs the employees found additional tiles broken and had brought extra as a precautionary measure. They patched stucco from woodpecker damage on the patio roof and took care of some other smaller aging issues on the flat patio roof ~ at no extra charge. The men were timely, polite, informative with their additional findings and worked quickly and neatly. Payment was a simple process via invoicing by email. I highly recommend New Life Roofing.

For one thing, he told me I needed a whole new roof. And for another, he was neat, clean, and polite. He explained things to me. I'm a widow and I don't know anything about this kind of things so he went very careful about telling me exactly what he was going to do. I appreciated it. Many of them don't explain things to me. I thought he did a very good job.

I wish there was an A++++++ rating for this company. Richard gave us a fair and reasonable estimate for our patio roof repair and replacement. (We knew this, because we had consulted with a relative who works in construction prior to contacting anyone to do the work.) He was on time and scheduled the work to be done very quickly. The new roof turned out great! We weren't required to pay for the job until they scheduled an appointment for their inspector to look at and approve the work. All debris was taken away. I would highly recommend this company for any roof repairs and/or replacements.

I noticed a broken roof tile had fell off my roof and some others looking like they could follow, so I went on Angie's List and called "New Life Roofing,Inc". I left a message, and in a short time later I received a call back and the firm sent out a representative within a day or two and gave me a estimate. I gave them the OK and it was fixed in a very timely matter. It was a small job and the cost was very reasonable, but that was no problem to the firm, and they said that they would bill me via mail. I was very pleased with their business ethic's and would recommend the "New Life Roofing" firm to all whom reads this!

It took a few days for the roofing company to return my call, but then came out promptly to provide an estimate, and was able to schedule the work within a week of my signing that estimate. Roofers were on time, finished work efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. Very smooth experience.

Mr Bourassa arrived at scheduled time. He looked at the problem and said he could repair the problem immediately at a cost of $125.00 less an Angie's discount of $25.00 for a net cost of $100.00. I accepted. Without additional cost he also looked at the other skylight, which was OK, and the roof overall. He found and repaired 2 cracked tiles. He said the roof looked is good shape. He was very professional and provided excellent service. I am very pleased. Would definitely use New Life Roofing again.
