The up front design and concept was excellent. Made drawings, asked for our inputs. The execution was very poor. Of all the elements on the contract, the contractor only fulfilled one. The contractor wanted to make amends, but the work quality was not professional. I had problems, as I had asked for a frameless glass. They could not deliver that. When I pointed out poor quality workmanship, they said I was getting nit-picky because I did not get my frameless shower. It was blatantly poor workmanship.
