Unfortunately some of the problems came back the next day. He was quick to come back and fix it again. When I called last month he did not return any of my 4 calls for service.

The second computer was a laptop and is acting up again. I'm hesitating now due to price.

He did a decent job setting them up for me. He is a one-man show.

Mr Silverstein isn't returning phone call because he was killed in an ATV accident on Aug 2nd, 2013. RIP

David from N*** Associates is very personable, professional, and honest person. His knowledge and skill level is first rate. The hourly fee is fair considering the service is in your home and is a bargain when compared to some of the other computer store repair departments I have used.
Within a very short time he found the problems that dated back to the building of the computer, as well as Malware attached to downloaded tool bars that was causing problems for me. He cleaned out the start up menu and found the proper driver for my external hard drive that was missing from the time of the computer build. Also his expert recommendation lead me to purchase proper security system software that after installed found more spyware and removed it.
Furthermore there was still an unexpected file access issue that remained that went into the next day. One phone call to David at N*** Associates and he had the instructions for a fix sent to me within an hour. And it worked the first try. And he did this on his day off. Now that's dedication and commitment to your craft.
Best computer Tech I ever used. I would use him again in a heartbeat!

Dave definitely knew what to look for and how to fix it. He was very knowledgeable, considerate, and professional. I now have someone that I can finally trust and rely on to address my home computer issues. Price was very reasonable.

Dave promptly answered phone and helped initially diagnosis my computer freezing problem. Determined that onsite service would be necessary so he scheduled services for the next day! Thank goodness as payroll was in just a few days! Dave called and arrived wanted to come earlier than appointment - which was great. Dave was professional and very clear with the work that he was doing. He tediously worked on my slow PC, restoring my mouse, keyboard and touchscreen from frozen mode and cleaned up computer software so that it is running faster!

Called Dave about issues with home computer as we had family in town who couldn't link their
I-Pads to our server. He came out the next morning, fixed the issues quickly and explained the
process. He is excellent at assessing and fixing computer issues. He is professional and
very knowledgable about any computer issues.

I used David about 2 months ago to come to my home and fix a variety of issues with my nearly 10 year old computer. He did a marvelous job, was thorough and very reasonable in cost. All was humming along nicely till this past Wednesday after turning on the computer a security alert message appeared. Unsuccessfully I tried fixing the problem and decided to call David. He spent the next twenty minutes via phone walking me through a diagnosis, a program uninstall and then a new security program install. All at no cost. Remarkable! He even offered to send me via email a couple of recommendations for a new computer system based on our family's needs (as mine will not likely last much longer) so that when I head out shopping I am not targeted with "upselling" from whatever vendor I select. Definitely two thumbs up for David.

Unlike David of N*** Associates, I am the computer n*** and relied on David to fix my computer woes. I had been operating my home computer a couple of weeks with assorted computer ailments that I could not resolve. In utter frustration I called David to review my problems and ask his pricing structure and then scheduled him for the following day. He arrived promptly and went right to work. It took about 2 hours to right all the wrongs and my computer is working like a gem once again ~ and relatively speaking, it is an "old" computer of about 8 - 10 years. I am thrilled with his service and price and knowledge and while I hope to be problem free for a long time to come, I will certainly keep his name and number handy for future need.

What really stands out is his willingness to accommodate my schedule and that he came to my residence. He didn't charge me anything since he didn't actually do any repairs and didn't even charge me for a service call.

He worked magic on the computer - explained what was needed and carried it out.
I will definitely call him again.

I WAS HAVING VERY ANNOYING PROBLEM WITH RECENT UPDATE TO ADOBE FLASH PLAYER WHICH I DOWNLOADED; THE WEEK OF (7/14), i CALLED THE COMPANY I HAD USED PREVIOUSLY,, AND THEY DID NOT RESPOND TO ANY OF MY MESSAGES AND I LEFT SEVERAL OVER THE COURSE OF 3 DAYS; IN FRUSTRATION I TURNED TO ANGIE.
I CALLED N*** ASSOCIATES AFTER CHECKING OUT SEVERAL REVIEWS WHICH ANGIE RECOMMENDED. I CALLED DAVID ON 7/23/12 AND MY CALL WAS RETURNED WITHIN AN HOUR. WE SET UP AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE FOLLOWING MORNING. DAVID ARRIVED ON TIME. WE WENT OVER WHAT WAS GOING ON WITH MY SYSTEM, HE RAN SOME SYSTEM CHECKS, REMOVED INCOMPLETE AND/OR CORRUPTED TEMPORARY FILES; UNINSTALLED AND RE-INSTALLED THE ADOBE FLASH PROGRAM, AND TOLD ME IF I CONTINUED HAVING TROUBLE TO CALL HIM. i WAS STILL HAVING A PROBLEM SO I CALLED AND REQUESTED SOME ADDITIONAL HELP; HE TRIED WALKING ME THROUGH THE DOWNLOAD OF A NEW BROWSER BUT I AM "TECHNICALLY CHALLENGED" SO HE HAD TO MAKE ANOTHER HOUSE CALL.. HE SET ME UP WITH GOOGLE CHROME, EXPLAINED HOW TO USE IT AND TOLD ME SINCE HE HAD SERVICED MY SYSTEM, SEVERAL OF HIS CLIENTS HAD HAD THE SAME PROBLEM, SO HE RESEARCHED THE PROBLEM WHICH IS WHY HE SUGGESTED GOOGLE CHROME. HE DID NOT CHARGE FOR THE PHONE WALK THROUGH OR FOR THE 2ND HOUSE CALL..
DAVID IS EXTREME;Y KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HE WENT THE EXTRA MILE FOR ME IN RESEARCHING MY PROBLEM. I WOULD RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE WITHOUT HESITATION.

David came the same day I called and seemed to be familiar with both my problems.In just a few minutes he had two computers fixed and working well.

I was very pleased with the response and services David provided. He figured out there was a minor problem with the internet services as well, and went through everything before he left. He is very pleasant and trustworthy. I will call him again for any other services.

David was on time. He was very personable. He looked inside the tower and explained that there was point in looking at software issues as the computer motherboard was going bad. He was honest and upfront as well as patient.
