Jeremy was prompt for the appointment. Went to work immediately. I had issues with speed, wifi connections and e-mail errors. Jeremy diagnosed the problems and did his magic. Computer now back to normal. I am not computer literate and could not rectify these issues myself. I was happy to hire Jeremy to do the job and will do so again should the need arise.

He spent a couple hours but he came to my home and sat at my counter while fixing and making the changes I needed to get the system up and running again. He restored some of my programs that had and quot;expiredand quot;. I didn't know that programs which come on a computer can now expire after a year or so. My first two laptops had permanent software installed on them.
Jeremy also fixed one of my older laptops for free.
I was pleased with the results and haven't had any problems with my system since he repaired my system and it's been about 7 months now. The biggest issue with Jeremy was he seemed painfully shy. I would recommend him to anyone though.

He is excellent and provides 24 hour service. He is always available to help me with my computer problems. I would recommend him to anyone.
