Carpet Installation, Flooring
He called me back a day or two later and told me the carpet was in stock and just waiting on the installer to verify the date. He told me the installer would call me that night to schedule it. No call. The next morning Brian called me and told me that he was going to be honest with me! Not something you want to hear from somebody that has your money already! He told me that sometimes in business you can't be completely honest!! He finally admitted that he was having credit problems with the carpet company and they would not release my carpet to him until he brought his account up to date. He told me we had 3 options. Tired of hearing all of his excuses I stopped him and told him I wanted a refund. I went down to have him refund the money back to my card, he told me that if the money was in the account I would get it, if not he would have to write me a check and tell me when to cash it!! Unbelievable! The refund ended up going through! BEWARE of this place!!!

Carpet Installation
The installers showed up when they said they would, and did an excellent job. We had stained pine baseboards and some areas presented real challenges (the carpet on the stairs was stapled!!) - they finished in one day, vacuumed up all their messes, and did a great job. The place looks drop-dead gorgeous with the new carpet, and will definitely pay for itself when the property sells. I will be calling Morning Star again for our next fix-&-flip, and recommend them highly!!

Carpet Installation
The job went very well. They were able to come out an install the carpet in a very timely manner. The workmen were very professional, on time and very flexible when I had to exchange the install date. When the carpet they picked up was a few inches too short. They worked very hard to still install it and the carpet looks wonderful.

Brian was very responsive to our needs. When an error was made on the measurements on one of the rooms and he realized they would need to purchase additional carpet (approximately $80 increase in price) he offered to cover the additional cost himself - telling me that it was their error. He is highly professional, cares about the clients, and is willing to go the extra mile to make sure that the results are satisfactory.
