"This is review is incredibly far from the truth. This was a client who added on things he wanted done for free. I went above and beyond the original bid to try and make him happy. I even had other contractors steer clear of him because of how this project went. I showed up to do the original bid / work to find a very different project than I had originally bid. I did the extra work at no extra charge and the review ended this way. It's amusing actually. This house was built in 1979 and had close to 40 years of prior landscape rock, concrete, plants and trees. This client wanted bare dirt in his backyard of an older home which is impossible without doing a major excavation. I did what was bid and completed the project on time and completely. The issues he is referring to would have required more time and money which he did not want to spend. I was paid in full. Why would this happen if I didn't complete the project? We all know it's easier to leave a bad review than a good one. This is an example of a client that expected more than he was willing to pay for."
I found Brian through his advertisement for demolition/bobcat services. I had been working with another landscape company who required I excavate my backyard before they would install the landscape. Brian was prompt and very professional. During the estimate, he mentioned his company did landscape installs, as well. At that time, I was committed to the other company, and wanted to remain loyal to them.
After several weeks turned into months of not hearing back from the unnamed other company, I decided to give Brian a call. He was more than happy to provide me with an estimate. Unlike some other companies, Brian actually itemized his proposal so that I could pick and choose which parts of the install I wanted, and which I wanted to wait on (for monetary purposes). Brian was so attentive and understanding - every step of the way - throughout all of my (many) revisions.
In the end, my yard was more than I imagined it would be, and at a fraction of the cost of the other company. The products they used and the quality of workmanship was unparalleled. There were so many little details that would have gone unseen to the untrained eye, like the luxury, resort-style, oscillating sprinkler heads. Every little detail was perfect. If you're reading this and considering a landscape renovation, you absolutely must give Brian a call. If you're reading this and you're wishing you could afford a landscape renovation, still give Brian a call; you'll be pleasantly surprised how Brian and MPS can work with you and your budget to achieve the landscape of your dreams.

"This review is bogus. The entire job was done correctly and completely. Paid in full with, at that time, complete satisfaction. There was no attempt to contact me with any issues nor was I aware of any issues prior to this. It was a front yard remodel repairing what a prior company had installed incorrectly. There were leaks in the irrigation and landscape lights inoperable. Everything was repaired that was handled by me. The existing landscaping was installed incorrectly and pavers were set over lines that were leaking and inoperable. What was able to accessed and requested to be repaired was. The owner supplied there own materials and had me 'band-aid' the project with their budget / savings in mind. There are always two sides to a story and this review is inaccurate. This site should not allow someone to leave false and defamatory reviews."
