needed a server installed , they sent a person who was only a sub for them , he left us with out setting up virus protection.

Excellent. Joran updated software and Windows on two laptops and the desktop. He knows when not to upgrade as well (I still have xp on one laptop and he felt it wouldn't support a 2011 version of a security software we use (that they recommended and it has proven to be a winner as well.) Everything went smoothly and now all three systems run faster and safer (always a concern for me).

All went well, and the computer got better at once, except that he had trouble opening the CPU to insert the RAM, and Gateway has no information on this model )maybe a promo sale?) Eventually we sprung it and all was well. From extremely slow, like early computer days, I am at lightning speed getting on or offline, getting in and out of anything.
