Communication with this company has been short of terrible. We were first in contact the first part of December 2021. We were told that the part that was under manufacturer warranty needed to be replaced and they didnt have a ballpark time when it would be in, but that they would let us know. 4 months and numerous calls and voicemails went unanswered. 4 months (April)later, on a whim, we decided to try and get a hold of them for an update. They finally answered the phone, and just so happened to be on the way to the warehouse to obtain the part. It was installed approx. a week or so later. The install went as planned, but a week and half later, it was broken and we were in the same situation. We contacted Maxon once again, and were told that they were in direct contact with the manufacturer, and that the part would be available the third week of May. During this time, we would occasionally call to see if there was any updates, but once again, our calls and voicemails went unanswered. We had a relative also try and keep in communication with them on our behalf, and she also had many calls and voicemails unanswered. Finally, after the third week of May, they decided to answer. My relative was told that the part had not yet been built and that there was no eta of when the part would become available. We are now approaching the third week in June and still nothing from Maxon. They dont pick up the phone, and dont answer calls or voicemails. We finally got fed up with the lack of communication, and contacted a company who was happy to take our call, and happy to help us out. We understand that there have been quite a few supply chain issues recently, but very disappointed that Maxon could not take the time to answer our calls. They will claim that they are a small company who doesnt have time for arbitrary phone calls, but after not hearing from them for weeks at a time I dont feel that it is unreasonable for them to pick up the phone.

I was connected to Maxon Air by my warranty company. Communication was horrible. The owner wanted unreasonable and unsafe construction done to my attic. After 3 weeks with no AC I got the warranty company to find another AC company. The other AC company was able to get it installed within a week, with no construction to the attic needed, and no rude phone calls. Both the new AC company and my contractor said they didn't think Maxon Air wanted the job and were looking for outs. They should have never accepted the job if they didn't know how to install in a tight attic. Reasonable communication would have made a world of difference. I do not in any way recommend using this company.

Not good at all. Made 3 calls and had 3 visits to fix same problem all within 2 weeks. Still dealing with the problem. Things should have been fixed unfortunately still dealing with the same problem.

The technician (don't recall his name) showed up at the agreed appointment time for both visits and after letting me know that he had arrived, went right to work. First, he turned off the HVAC at the thermostat inside the house and then returned to the truck to get the ladder to get up on the roof. After completing his assigned task, he returned the ladder to the truck and came to the house to let me know what work he had completed and to leave a receipt. The technician was polite and did not waste time. He also seemed very knowledgeable.

I called Cory because I was afraid I needed a new compressor for my air conditioner. He arrived right on time. He looked into the compressor and told me that it was definitely broken, but not beyond repair. He said that some wires came loose and shorted out the fan motor. He was very polite, and I really appreciated that he didn't try to sell me more than I needed.
