Mr. Millanes needed to cancel his first appointment to bid the job due to conflict. However, he gave me notice of the change and from then on everything was done on time. He bid a number of jobs for the small HOA complex and agreed to do the most urgent job first since we needed to budget for the other jobs. He did the work on time and on budget. He made sure that it would match what was already there. He improved installation by adding rebar. He is professional and reasonably priced.

I could not believe how fast he finished this job. The first day I came home from work he already had everything dug out, which he did by hand. It took him an extra day to get the concrete delivered, but that day when I came home from work it was done and we were very happy with the job he did. He was fast and we felt his price was fair. He also reinforced the RV area when he poured the concrete. Would call him again.
