My wife and I moved to Vistancia, AZ. "New Homeowner" freebie packets made their way to our mailbox and contained a bunch of rip-offs. One HVAC outfit came for a "free inspection", touting their high BBB marks. Tried to talk me into a ridiculously expensive monthly service. When the guy left, I noticed the bedroom wing AC wasn't working well. Upon inspecting the outside unit, I saw he had pulled a component from the unit and placed it above my line of sight, no doubt so I would be concerned and realize how much I needed their "services". Geez...in friendly, conservative Arizona? We were then wary about service people, including landscapers. Tried one guy. Nice, but didn't do much for $150. Then we took some divine direction and gave Manuel Cruz Landscaping a try. He restored our faith...he's listed with M-Team Realty on their "helpful list", and it is a well-deserved accolade. He is knowledgeable about plants, trees, watering and irrigation.
