 + -1 moreThis experience has been a disaster for us. This job was started on 3/22/06 and estimated to take 3 weeks. We have lost at least $10,000, and are currently pursuing a claim with the Registrar of Contractors. In the meantime, Mr. LaMagna has canceled his license and obtained a new one. No longer responds to our phone calls.
Description of Work: T & S was contracted for $26,000 to build a Ramada, waterfall, and install irrigation, plants, granite, and lighting in our new backyard. They never acquired a building permit for the Ramada, which it turns out is not within the scope of their landscaping license. After the Town of Buckeye issued a stop work order, T & S abandoned the job. The work that was done on the columns is not up to code and must be repaired. Most of the plants were put in, but there are problems with leaky irrigation and some of the line remains to be put in. No granite was ever brought in. Some rock work was done on the waterfall, but the basin needs repairs. The lighting was brought in, but the wires are still laying on top of the ground.

 + -1 moreTHE WATER FEATURE IS BEAUTIFUL, BUT I HAD PROBLEMS GETTING THE PROJECT COMPLETED. THE CONTRACT WAS SIGNED IN FEB, JOB COMPLETED IN JUNE. COMMUNICATION WITHIN OPERATIONS NEEDS IMPROVEMENT. COMPANY CHANGED COLOR OF POND 4 TIMES.(1ST TIME TO CORRECT THE SHADE) OTHER 3 TIMES NOT ORDERED TOOK 4TH TIME TO GET BACK TO ORIGINAL COLOR? THE PRODUCT ONCE COMPLETED IS BEAUTIFUL. OTHER NEIGHBORS HAVE USED THEIR SERVICES FOR WATER FEATURES AS WELL.
Description of Work: CUSTOM NATURAL ROCK WATERFALL (4FT HIGH X 5 FT WIDE) WITH WATER POND FOR WATER RECYCLING, JUNCTION BOX, WATER LEVELER, 10 OUTDOOR LIGHTS ON TIMER, AND 5 FT STUCCO/TILED BENCH.
