Let me just start at the top because that is what they did. First Don the owner of the company came out and spoke to my wife and I. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He also has a great inviting personality. He offered lots of great ideas while listening to all input of what my wife and I wanted. Next the real boss Lori who is Dons wife came out. She followed up with making sure all the T's were crossed and all the I's were dotted as they say. She is great at communicating and coordinating everything . She also has a great inviting personality. Heather who was the field manager and direct contact person for us did an excellent job of keeping things on track. If things did not go the way my wife and I wanted she was right there to make sure things were taken care of to the satisfaction of my wife and I. We were always able to reach out to both Lori and Heather and they get right back to us. We also like that they are open to suggestions and want to know if there are any areas of concern so that they can address the employees to make sure moving forward that the area of concern is not something that will happen again. They truly aim to please. Now as far as the craftsmanship. All we can say is WOW, WOW, WOW! We would highly recommend Levelup to anyone who is looking to have any kind of remodeling or contracting work done! And we would definitely not hesitate to use them again on any project we may have in the future!
