+ -1 moreI no longer use this agency. It seems the owner Allison needs accountability and management training.
Description of Work: this agency was hired by me to manage my rental property. they do collect and send the rent , BUT they lack in accountability when it comes to the inspection and repairs of the property. they inflate prices ,charge ( tenant and owner) yet upon further check you find that they never fixed the item they inspected and said needed to be repaired.when you call them to address the issue ,they are not available or accountable.
